Some common carnivorous animal in an advanced state of decay in a marine environment. Bone separating from tissue in the mouth. Hair loss. Gas distention of soft tissues. Etc., etc., etc.

I think that whatever it is/was, it’s present state is most likely very bloated - which is what can happen sometimes when killed at sea/killed and dumped at sea - and if any reputable animal experts look at it with that in consideration, they’re likely to determine what it is and it likely won’t be some “new” creature.
