Very interesting.

Apparently there must have been water there a long time ago and eventually dry land expanded and pushed back the sea.

They built the ship at the grave site, buried in the mound with the body being honored??!! They’ve found others over the years.

The ship is buried 50 centimeters in the ground. It must be a pancake ship.

Pharaohs were buried with boats. More recently people have been buried with their cars.

They are dead, not sure why it would matter.

Now they’re going to have to change that old saying......

The Three Happiest Times For A Boat Owner.

1. When he buys a boat.
2. When he sells his boat.
3. When he buries his boat in Norway.

There is an English TV show called “Detectorists”. Fun - quirky. The season ends with them searching for a buried ship in England rumored to have a hoard of burial treasure.
