i thought the people of california voted no to the homosexuals getting married. how did this end up in court? the people there already said no.

Another miracle in California. The law is actually upheld. I didnt expect two miracles here. The sucessfull recall election being the first. Now if Bush can win the state it would be three. Too much to hope for I suppose.
