DNC steps in to silence lawsuit over Obama birth certificate

The man suing Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee for proof of Obama's American citizenship is outraged that his own party – rather than just providing the birth certificate he seeks – would step in to silence him by filing a motion to dismiss his lawsuit.

As WND reported, prominent Pennsylvania Democrat and attorney Philip J. Berg filed suit in U.S. District Court two months ago claiming Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and therefore not eligible to be elected president. Berg has since challenged Obama publicly that if the candidate will simply produce authorized proof of citizenship, he'll drop the suit.

Berg told WND the longer the DNC tries to ignore his lawsuit or make it go away – instead of just providing the documents – the more convinced he is that his accusations are correct.

According to Section 3 of the 20th Amendment, if President-elect Obama "failed to qualify", Vice President-elect Biden would "act as President" (i.e., be Acting President) until "a President shall have qualified."

This means that Biden would be Acting President and President Obama would be a figurehead. If Obama resigned, Biden would become a full fledged President and would nominate a new VP via Section 2 of the 25th Amendment. On the other hand, maybe Acting President Biden would simply be a puppet of the figurehead President. It depends on how ambitious would be Biden.

Turns out Berg addressed the FEC and FBI agencies in his most recent court filing.

On page 13-14 of Filing #13, at the link in the article. Berg claims that the FEC and DNC have refused to investigate. The FBI claims they don’t do investigations on candidates backgrounds. And the court is the only remedy that plantiff has left.

That is a printed copy of the data that is supposed to be in his original birth certificate, done on a laser printer and stamped by a current employee in Hawaii.

The original is in an archive, and may have different information. Remember, an Obama acolyte was found referencing records and potentially tampering with them. Regardless, there's no way to prove the electronic version, which gets written into the freshly printed “Certificate of Birth” is what was truth or what was on the original birth certificate.

We also need records of his mother's birth certificate and residency status. Regardless of what Obama’s birth certificate says, she had to be over the age of 20 and here for a certain number of years for Obama to be legally considered a “natural born citizen.”

Obama can be kicked out of the running in several ways through the allegations in the lawsuit.

He would only have US citizenship if his mother was an American citizen and if she had applied for a Certificate of Brith Abroad with the US embassy/consulate in the country that she was in. (Assuming he was born abroad.)

Your understanding is correct. The 12th Amendment requires that each elector cast one vote for president and one for veep...Biden is NOT on the ballot for President, so McCain would take the votes in case of Hussein’s ineligibility.

So we'd have President McCain, who won the majority of the (valid) votes, and Vice President Biden, who won the majority of (valid) votes.

I have always thought Obama is the creation of Ayers. In the sense that Obama is a conduit for Ayer’s form of Maoism to be dressed up and made respectable. If it is actually true that Obama is not constitutionally qualified to be president. (Or even more bizarre a non-citizen altogether!) its a incredibly classical Maoist “agi-prop” operation to descredit our most sacred political institution, the presidency. Of course in the fevered mind of a Maoist like Ayers, the “oppressed masses” would then rise and choose him or Obama (Who can be discarded later!) to the the new “Fearless Leader”. Of course there are no “oppressed masses” other then the “campus Maoists” that Ayers deals with on a daily basis. The country is by in large too politically lethargic to do much more then “yawn”. This is dangerous because the slide will continue to slide our oblivion. It just won't happpen fast even to make Ayers’ “Red Dreams” come true and he hear the “Seig Heils” or people mindlessly quoting his political thought.
