DNC steps in to silence lawsuit over Obama birth certificate

The man suing Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee for proof of Obama's American citizenship is outraged that his own party – rather than just providing the birth certificate he seeks – would step in to silence him by filing a motion to dismiss his lawsuit.

As WND reported, prominent Pennsylvania Democrat and attorney Philip J. Berg filed suit in U.S. District Court two months ago claiming Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and therefore not eligible to be elected president. Berg has since challenged Obama publicly that if the candidate will simply produce authorized proof of citizenship, he'll drop the suit.

Berg told WND the longer the DNC tries to ignore his lawsuit or make it go away – instead of just providing the documents – the more convinced he is that his accusations are correct.

You have to send in proof of citizenship with the application. If Obama didn't have a birth certificate then he would have had to provide proof of naturalization, counsular report of birth abroad, or certification of citizenship.

I had to take my birth certificate and IIRC a second piece of ID and a photo and I had to go in person. The birth certificate could NOT be a photocopy. It had to have the raised seal etc.

Thanks for the link. I saw it the other day and sent it to everyone in my email list. The most damaging part of the video(imho) is near the end..where he gives his ‘shout out’ to his racist preacher. NBC news tonight tried to cover for the Ayers stuff..no big surprise.

The Obama Campaign must be pretty scared if they are threatening ‘mutually assured destruction’ on the McCain camp now. I guess they know there is stuff out there that could destroy their candidate, Obama....lol.

maybe...but we still don't know who his father really was, or if his mother gave up her US citizenship when she married Soetoro, or where he was born, or what his name was at birth...all we do know is that he wrote two books in which he claims to be Barack Hussein Obama, Hawaii born. A carefully crafted persona and nothing more. He needed to present himself as African-American...when in fact, if his father is who says he was...he is maternally Luo-Kenyan -with ancestry on the male side that is Omani-arab for several generations.

there must be many reasons why he would produce a forged CoLB on his website. And Barry Dunham just doesn't have the same ring to it as Barack Hussein Obama - not after so many years of blatant lies. ( I'm Barry Dunham-Soetoro and I approve this message, LOL!)

One might think that adopting arab names like Barack Hussein after 9/11 a little foolhardy - but to make the claim stick that he is 'his father's son' the names make sense. Personally...I think he's the son of Frank Marshall Davis and Obama snr was a patsy.

NO.....@ ONE must be recognized as a U.S. Citizen....or born in legal U.S. Territory.
McCain's Parents were stationed in the American Canal Zone in the foreign country of Panama.

Nope not sorry, but, I think he looks like his mother. Shen she brought Obama back to Hawaii in 1972, she and Obama’s half-sister Maya returned to Indonesia. His mother pretty much stayed in Indonesia until her death in 1995. I’d say there’s a good chance that she had dual citizenship.

After he was adopted and the new birth certificate made and the old one sealed, he may not have a legal birth certificate? The birth certificate doesn't have the name he goes by on it.
