Sarah Palin just made a covert Declaration Of War
n/a | 7/3/09 | Ron C

Posted on 07/03/2009 9:02:00 PM PDT by Ron C.

Ever notice? When she’s angry, she starts talking a little faster, her eyes lids narrow a tad, and she talks through lips that are a bit closer together – and that faint frown of hers becomes almost permanent, yet a smile remains. She displayed all of those signs today. She didn’t say it in so many words, but if I don’t miss my bet, Sarah Palin just declared all-out war on the left – and believe me, she can wage that war like no other – as has been well demonstrated.

No, she’s not about to run off into seclusion – no, she isn’t tired of politics – and most definitely she isn’t going to join some third-party. This lady is a well-known fighter. She will gather resources, do research, write a book, and enlist an army to fight with her. When that army attacks, squish-GOP kooks and Democrats alike will run in fear, try to hide and cry for help from presstitutes and leftist media whores.

There are many on the right that think that Sarah Palin should go quietly off into the Alaskan outback to fish for salmon. Sorry about that – she will quite likely remain an Alaskan, and yes she’ll do a lot of fishing – a lot of it the political kind, and she’ll skin her political prey, barbeque and roast them – then serve them up for ridicule.

We’ve not seen the last of her – nor have those on the commie-left – all of us have only seen the beginning.

So sit back and wait – many of us will likely get a draft notice in the not distant future.

We have a population intent on fighting back hard – against criminal government, and its betrayal of America. The call to battle began weeks ago, and today as millions join in a revolution already well underway – an accomplish fighter just declared her intention to lead – full time.

Just my 2 cents...

Today I attended a Tea Party in La Canãda - Flintridge today. Sad to say, there are far too many that have not learned the biblical lesson about a house divided. That lesson was played out by those who voted for Ross Perot, and cleared the way for a Clinton win.

Conservatives are often no smarter than those on the left, and that may be what destroys this nation... unless they learn from history and God's word.

I didn't like the way she listed as one of her accomplishments that "we slowed the rate of government growth."

That's equivalent to Pres--ent Ubama boasting that he has "slowed the growth of unemployment."

Bring it on! Sarah can handle anything thrown at her.

My favorite moment in her convention speech is when she looked over at the MSM newsreaders in attendence, and basically told them to buzz off. That was refreshing.

The crowd went wild.

We are all sick of the state run media. No need for them. We have Sarah, no filters, no pundits, no common-taters, we have Sarah speaking directly to us. Detractors, get out of the way. LET’S ROLL!!! America needs Sarah and Sarah needs our support. Get out yer check books. You betcha! The ‘Cuda is unleashed, look out!

Ron C., I just came on line at 8:30 PM to find this uproar about Sarah Palin announcing her resignation, so I’ve been reading everything I can find trying to catch up.

Your thoughts expressed in this vanity post are similar to my thoughts after reading that which I have the last 45 minutes or so.

She’s been under assault constantly by an extremely fearful Left, and when I say Left that includes all of the Left meaning RINO’s as well.

If she wants to persue a future in politics, then this move right now only makes sense IMO.

There is no doubt that will continue. But, she is going to be freed up to drive right straight into the fray head-on, without the encumbrance of the duties of Governor. It should become very 'interesting' indeed.

All I can say is... look out, this woman means to 'get even' in more ways than one.

I was sad today when I heard the news of her resignation. I thought the rats had won their war against. I thought the politics of destruction had finally brought forth their bitter fruits and that the rats everywhere were rejoicing that they finally showed that they can intimidate a person into seclusion.

I think you're right. She's clearing the decks for action. Very noble of her to not try to stay in office. She knows she wouldn't be able to give Alaska the attention it deserves. Of course, that means the left will now be getting her full attention. If they weren't afraid of her before (though all indications are they are), they ought to be terrified of her now.

The MSM and left has pushed her too far, she's pissed off (pardon my french) and she's gunning for them. She doesn't strike me as a person to take many shots without coming back at the antagonist - particularly when they are stupid and undeserved slights.

Go Sarah go! When is the '12 Colorado election effort spinning up? Sign me up.

"Lets have term limits..."

Boo! That was and still is a very bad idea. The best term limit is the vote of the people. You can not find really good leaders very often - and when you do, the people should decide whether or not they should remain in office, not an arbitrary and proven bad-idea like term limits.

I've seen the best leaders replaced with mediocre fools all too often - because of term limits. They are a dime-a-dozen, but great leaders are few and far far between.

>>>unless they learn from history and God's word. <<<

Or...unless they win!

The Republican Party must be reformed as a Conservative movement...or suffer continued defeat. Palin may or may not be the catalyst to accomplish that. But fear not - a catalyst will arise because the party as currently constructed does not have plan, purpose or a pot to pee in.

RINOceroses are easily stampeded. Don't follow the crowd - think Independently and Conservatively. Think Winning not Survival.

Tagline Material!

I hope I hear the speech I want:

“As much as I love Alaska, and am committed to the folks up here that elected me - I love America even more. Up in here in Alaska, with a new governor that knows the ropes - we’ll be okay.

But I can’t say the same for the folks that I met last year. Folks in Michigan, Iowa, and New York. I know that Alaska’s new governor will be listening to the folks in Alaska. But it is clear that President Obama, and the Democrat House and Senate are NOT listening to the citizens of this great Republic.

I intend to lend my voice to theirs, and, on the eve of this Independence Day, vow to bring Liberty back to the people of this great country.”

If it grew less than the population, or the Gross State Product, that's a Good Thing. State governments are somewhat different anyway. They have all the powers and the responsibilities of government, not specifically delegated to the federal government in the Constitution. Which means they have lot more legitimate things on their plates. Most roads are state/county for example, not federal. States, and cities, supply water, sewers and sewage treatement, and host of other things that the federal government is (supposed to be) restricted from.

“...are far too many that have not learned the biblical lesson about a house divided...”

I agree in theory with your statement; but, I think the division has already occurred. It is time for a different direction and if it doesn’t occur, we will lose our country this time.

We have traitors in and outside our ranks. The majority of the voters see no difference between either parties. The McCains and Romneys of the Republican Party are no different than the Pelosis and Reids of the Democrat Party. All of them have abandoned the people of the USA.

I don’t know what Palin is going to do...no one does. It is all speculation.

If she is really going to work to defeat the Marxists in our Government, she isn’t going to be working alone. I am assuming such an endeavor would be attempted with other well known and respected individuals of a like mind. Obviously, they are going to need the American people.

But, for right now, it is wait and see. I just hope the base isn’t putting too much on her. We are a desperate lot and maybe we should be looking more to ourselves and less to someone to lead us out of the wilderness.

Dirt bags like Robert Bird who sat in the senate for 5 decades and has had a hand in 90% of the left wing agenda are way more examples of “scum” using the current system to stay in office then any 10 good people.

Term limits are the answer to stopping the current “Congress is for sale” system.
