Why did Barack Obama move to Chicago? Why did he choose a city famous for its corruption and distrust of outsiders as a launching pad for his political career?

This info is a bombshell because it disproves Obama’s claimed ‘birth certificate’ where his alleged father’s name is spelled Barack. It also disproves the newspaper announcement. Also didn’t the Hawaiian registrar spell the name Barak in one of her public releases. Very revealing.

What is the common sense answer? Canada (with a marriage in Kenya) is certainly more plausible than either in Hawaii ...

Has there been any evidence of a Canadian birth?

That was my mother's concern too. I lived in SW Michigan, and Chicago was not too far away, and was academically rigorous in a variety of disciplines. That was about all that concerned me at the time. When my mother objected, I opted for the University of Michigan, which also accepted me based on paperwork alone. It was a simpler time in many ways.

The divorce papers would need to use the same spelling as any legal papers filed beforehand. That means that if the incorrect spelling was used earlier, Stanley Ann might have continued to use that spelling when filing for divorce, just to avoid problems and confusion. Who knows?

She would certainly have known how her son chose to spell it when he claimed the name as an adult.

David has adamantly and compellingly argued that the autumn semester start date for U of W was in September, not August and that the numeral is being mis-read as a “9,” not an “8.” He bases this on having been on the U of W campus at the time.

I’ve thought since last year that a Canadian birth made sense. However, we need evidence, not intuition, and he also seems to have concrete knowledge — good sources — who are confident of the Mombasan birth.

The misspelling of Barak as Barack on the possible Kenyan B.C. would tend to verify that Stanley Ann was indeed alone in registering the birth in Mombasa, because Sr. himself or his family would likely have spelled it differently.

version of Barak. obama Sr. never used the name “Barack.” I found a government document he wrote after he had already gone back to Kenya. His name was BARAK, not Barack. Every article now written about him contains the Anglicized version of his name because that is the name Barack Obama GAVE HIMSELF.

Was the name spelling changed to help hide documentation?
