The Perkins firm had better have been thorough because if Obama goes down, the firm will be right behind him for obstructing justice. They really have no legitimate basis for defending this man with respect to his affirmative obligation to establish his eligibility for POTUS. Invariably it will be the little things that they overlooked that will tag them.
IIRC, he is the man whose company sanitized the Obama passport files at State Dept. He is now a personal adiver to the affirmative action liar-in-chief.
With all the repartee about peaches and mangoes yesterday, I figure I might get away with volunteering that a commercial fisherman friend of ours came knocking on the door an hour ago bearing gifts. Four humongous king crab! Yum - part of today’s catch. Just boiled them in salt water in 2 big pots and the results are in the refrigerator awaiting my decision as to how we are going to consume them this evening. Probably a crab salad since it is quite hot today. Now if I only had some fresh peaches and mangoes for dessert!
The Maya CoLB is part of Berg’s exhibits for the case which Obama’s lawyers got sealed because it would embarrass the bastard. The exhibits Berg filed with his suit were at one time available on the Net. Don’t know if they still are since the democrat judge sealed the case.

Even the vilest offenders are entitled to confidential and professional legal representation. That’s the American way. Attorneys are bound by ethics and law to defend their clients and work for them in good faith.
A legal firm representing a guilty client isn’t obstructing justice. It’s just performing a difficult job as provided by our laws.

No, I beg to disagree. A lawyer can defend one who has committed a crime, but a lawyer becomes an accomplice when he/she participates in or facilitates the criminality with the principal in a continuing criminal enterprise.

I think what you are referring to is that Barak Sr. may have offered up the word African as his ‘race’ if he participated in filling out the the birth record. However, the fact remains that the father’s name on the phony COLB is spelled Barack. He would not have spelled it that way. Berg’s case has been unsealed. It’s waiting reconsideration on appeal due to new evidence.

Lt. Quarles Harris was not employed by Brennan, he was ‘in cahoots’ with the State Dept employee who accessed the files.
