I listened very carefully twice, without reading the captions, and it sounds like “Oh God” to me.

They’re actually saying “Deliver us, Oh God.” Some may be, but it is clear that most aren't by the fact that "Oh God" has to syllables while "Obama" has three syllables that is the number you can clearly hear. Also, a little over a minute in, the mic moves close to someone and the name Obama is very clear, no doubt.

It would be bad to have the release of this video turned against conservatives. There would be more credence to this if we could get an interview with someone who was there. IMHO.

They boast, among other things, about receiving stimulus money for highway repairs.
