A panel as you describe can only relieve him of duty, not assign punishment unless he agrees to administrative punishment. He has a right to a trial, even in the military you have this right.

The first swearing in, I have begun to believe, was deliberately bungled. We never SAW the second swearing in...just some clips after the fact. What are we to think? Has he ever been sworn in? Was he sworn in, but on the Quran? Was special langugage used if he was sworn in, so neither the Justice or Obummer can be brought up on charges later if fraud is exposed? More questions...no answers.

I do not believe there is a difference between native born and natural born citizens. I think that the Douglas quote you provided supports my position. In the first sentence, Douglas is saying that the basic premise is that there is no difference between native born citizens and naturalized citizens; in the second, he clarifies that the only difference (the only exception to this basic premise) is that natural-born/native-born citizens can be President, while naturalized citizens cannot.
But this usurper in the Oval Office has plenty of money to buy the government two car companies and establish Wall Street firms as wards of the state.

He is not refusing. He is refusing to do so without proof that the Usurper in the Oval Office [who is buying car companies with dollars that should go to provide rations and supplies for our soldiers] is qualified to deny the soldiers these things by showing his birth certificate and proving his bonafides.
It's Obama doing the denying -- no one else. This doctor is ready and willing to serve -- but only under a legal orders and a legitimate Constitutional chain of command.

Close, but no cigar. The Federal Penitentiary is off post, actually just outside Fort Leavenworth. The U.S. Army Disciplinary Barracks is on post. The USDB is where a soldier might spend time if so convicted and sentenced, as it is the only maximum security prison within the Department of Defense. I seriously doubt if the good LTC will ever see the inside of the USDB.
It must be something about U.S. Army AMEDD, perhaps they are still reeling from the Major Hasan fiasco.
Or maybe, a general court is precisely what LTC Lakin was looking for. A special court could be hidden within the bureaucracy, but it is tough to hide a general court.
In any jury trial he will get the opportunity to present his case. You seem to skip this step.

Officers are obligated to determine whether issued orders are legal. He’s got standing. US v. Calley.
Question is whether he has a case. I can think of a dozen ways the US can argue this without bringing up the notion of whether the President is qualified to hold the office under the Constitution.
This all depends on how good his lawyer is, I’m afraid.
