Also Scott hasnt been cooperative with LE regardless of his mothers statment that Scott is in contact with LE every week. i think this case is coming to a head soon and i do think it's an important case ,we have a missing pregnant woman here and i pray for the family and for Laci and the baby although i dont think they will be found alive at this time.

This is a no story. The water in the Bay near Berkeley is salty and pretty dirty; it is only a few miles from the Richmond oil docking facility. The Berkeley marina has facilities for boaters to wash their boats and flush the engines. It is very common for boaters to clean up there begfore going home.

2. NE has also learned that Laci's blood has been found in Scott's truck according to preliminary DNA tests.

If the boat had been in salt water, then traces of salt water residue along with residue of mico living sea creatures and plant life native to the Berkeley Marina would remain inside the motor's cooling system. I heard experts explain this on a TV talk show.

Did Scott think of this before the police were called? Did he have time to run the boat motor in fresh water to flush out the salt water residue?

I get so sad when I think of what a gorgeous baby boy Connor must have been....and he never saw the light of day.

Then I get mad when I see that Scott's smirking face.

In a recent case over in the next county to me, they arrested a guy for strangling his 8-month-pregnant girlfriend to death. He is being charged with TWO homicides, mother and child.

I wonder if California law allows for this?

all things being relative, the word "huge" represents a significant break in the case for those of us who have followed this case from its inception. Perhaps there was no residual water inside the outboard which led LE to conclude ole Scott never did go fishing on that cold winters day. I would hope they would be able to determine his driving range by the amount of gas left in the truck after subtracting from the full amount he had receipts for.
