Thank God that truck didn't hit your home and no one was injured! Prayers for the driver - he must still be shaking.
Thank goodness for God's blessing. It is wonderful that no-one was hurt.
And He was so good to the driver too, I am assuming he is a Christian too and was praying. Poor men he must have been terrified! I am sure he was ministered greatly by your attitude and comfort.

Hope you get well soon. I suffered from sinus problems all my life living in Pitts-burg, California.
15 yrs ago I had the oppertunity to move here to the Oregon Coast, saline air. LOL
The driver was in shock and his boss told him to stay here and clean up.
After I went out and insisted he go home to his family and get some rest.
Yesterday "Ice" the driver came by and he had an ear to ear smile, still had his job and we laughed about it all.
I tld him I woke up at 3am and started praying for him, he said he woke up about the same time feeling sore and thanked me for being so kind.
The way I look at it our shared faith brought us together in what could have been a real tradgedy, and all those who came out to see it witnessed a miracle. IMO
A picture was in our local paper so when I went to town it was talked about too. Small town and everybody loves King Vanity.
I still am in wonder everytime I look at the property all the way down to the house with the debris looks like a tornado path. LOL
If it serves to renew others faith or wake up others to Christ than I am proud to be his servant.
It also served as a wake up call for the others living up the hill to slow down.
It's all good! : )
Amen, the Lord turned what could have been a tragedy into a wonderful testimony for many! God Bless You All!
I'm going to be a dad, for the 4th time, any day now. I spent the afternoon surfing for political snipits and was surprised by this thread.
Not everyday that this 240lb contractor cries, but this page was a nice reminder of what is important to me. Whatever happens tomorrow, I will still focus on making this world a better place for my family.

Welcome to a wonderful thread WB. We gather here as friends with a common cause.. to share, and pray, and laugh and cry together. Truly, we have become a family.
Congratulations on the soon to be birth of your expected miracle. Aren't they wonderful?? Please do let us know when the baby is born and how he/she is doing, Mommy, and the other siblings.
Tomorrow truly will be one of the most important days in our Nation's history. But no matter the outcome, the American people, with their beliefs and fortitude, will prevail as we always have. We will stay united, and yes, as you say, we shall stay focused in an effort for our precious children....that their world will be a safer and better place.

"Prayers needed for Ryan
On Sept. 28,04 post 1043, I wrote to advise all of the wonderful progress Ryan has made and the great things prayers can do.
Things have changed and now he is in need of prayers.
He'll be having tests on Wed. Nov.4 to see if he may be having focal seizures. He has been having trouble with his memory, and a lot of tripping and falling.
His back is starting to curve because of the way he's carrying himself. He tires very easily and will have to cut back to just a half day of kindergarten as a full day is way too much on him.
Thank you all in advance for your prayers and may God Bless each and every one of you!
