Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

A common Australian term meaning real or honest that can be used in a couple of contexts. eg He is a fair dinkum idiot or when something is amazing or surprising you just say ‘fair dinkum!’
That’s as near as I can get to common use. It’s like we say ‘fair suck of the Sav’ when we feel someone has had more than enough of a ‘fair share’ a ‘Sav’ is a horrible red-coloured sauage.
Much of our slang has its origin in England.
But ‘fair dinkum’ above all else, is used to indicate ‘the real thing’ - it’s the truth.

United State’s Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama has a connection with Larkana, city of Bhuttos of Pakistan. In 1981 Obama as a student visited Larkana for a partridge hunting session. His host was one Hasan Chandio. City of Larkana was renamed. Its original name before the raj was Chandka. Chandios are still considered be the biggest landlords of Sindh.
During his visit to Pakistan he stayed in Hasan Chandio’s residence and later he traveled to interior Sindh for partridge hunting. In Sindh partridge hunting is considered as a symbol of good hospitality.
Hasan Chandio is Obama’s Pakistani friend who lives in Westchester County of New York. Obama also made friends with another Sindhi currently Chairman of Senate Muhammadmian Soomro who hails from Shikarpur hardly one hour’s drive from Larkana. He lived at Muhammad Ali Society residence of Ahmad Mian Soomro father of Chairman Senate Muhammadmian Soomro.
While tracing this story this scribe found from Time Magazine that Obama’s mother was a regular visitor of Pakistan and she had little knowledge of Urdu. Officially Barack Obama has so far not made his Pakistani connections public but he was quoted by Soomro that in Pakistan he came to know about Sunni and Shia sects.

I was not aware of the statute you are citing and admit I was wrong. Your comment about “having a problem with any of the words” is downright insulting and you owe me an apology.
No one else in the pic appears to be a "graduate."
Note the black kids in the front, and the black sailor. There were few blacks in Hawaii at the time, and I can easily imagine the press or Obama's sponsors inviting them to the airport to set up a photo demonstrating Hawaii's vaunted "diversity."
Note also what appears to be a piece of luggage in the front.
My guess is that it's a picture of Obama arriving in Hawaii in 1959.
I've also wondered whether that was Stanley in the photo, but I assumed he arrived in Hawaii with his wife and daughter after Ann graduated from Mercer Island HS in '60, but I was wrong. Obama writes in Dreams (p 23): "Hawaii! To my family, newly arrived in 1959..." Before that he talks about Stanley getting excited about moving to Hawaii one day "with statehood right around the corner," then rushing home "that same day and talk my grandmother into selling their house and packing up yet again."
I ran across a press story the other day stating that Stanley went to Hawaii before Madelyn and Ann, who flew there right after Ann's graduation to join him. It seems that he split for Hawaii many months before they did, so that could be him in the photo, and yet another element of weirdness in the messiah's faux-tale of his incarnation and dysfunctional family.
I did get the caption of ‘graduation’ from CBS. Could have been party afterward. Or what ever fund raiser event that was you just mentioned.
My interest in that photo is that woman in the front, black dress, looks like Janice Okubo. It would be quite interesting if that was Janice Okubo. Since Janice Okubo, Director of Communications of the State of Hawaii Department of Health is connected to HI’s issuing of Birth Certificates, I would want to know if she had connections to Obama Sr.

The hawaiian shirted man second from left — I bought what looks to be the exact same print and shirt in Hawaii in 1982 from a store in the hotel I stayed at. The clothing, pocketbooks, and eyeglasses I would guess are 70’s.
I thought he left HI in ‘64? Unless this is when he came back to see Obama Jr. in ‘71?

Well your original comment obviously had wide influence. It has been picked up other places as well as here. But you are clearly correct--the only source for this point is your original post.
I remain of the view that a probable explanation for how they got to Kenya in the first place is that they went there to get married because a marriage by Obama Sr. in the US would violate criminal bigamy statutes; in Kenya, it would not be a crime--multiple wives were a common practice.
Removing the airport picture as factual support for the proposition doesn't make that course of events any less likely.
Obama says he has researched the marriage but didn't ask too many questions because he might not like the answer. The answer he really would not have liked would be the Kenya location. And I tend to doubt that the investigative effort that has been made has focused on the marriage which I see as an important objective.
I do hear former President Clinton's comments as echoing an eligibility challenge. As we can see looking at the record before us, researching this issue is difficult and from personal knowledge of some of the people involved, I don't credit the Clinton's with omnipotent powers on technical matters. That is support for the "Clinton's got there late" line of analysis which I think is correct and is the explanation for why Mrs. Clinton did not attack Obama on these grounds earlier in the campaign.
On the other hand, President Clinton's obvious effort to avoid going further than a statement of the Constitutional principle is a pretty clear indication of a conscious decision not to pursue the issue at this time. I have heard (from Republicans) that the reason is that the Clinton's are attempting to use the issue as leverage against Obama to force Mrs. Clinton on to the ticket in the VP slot.
Someone with a substantive interest in the subject is in fact involved in looking at the issue. Madsen's release identifies "Republican dirty-tricks operatives".
It is unreasonable to identify this kind of research into your opponent's eligibility to hold office as a "dirty-trick". However from what I can learn, at least the organizational Republican's have not been involved for the reason that the McCain supporters remain nervous about the impact of the issue on their man's candidacy. On the other hand, the R's who are active in the party seem to be aware of a factual record suggesting that Obama was born in Kenya.
As yet, there does not seem to be anyone on the Republican side with a clear view of how to use the knowledge to their advantage.
The woman in the picture looks to be in her 20's or 30's, so would have to be in her late 60's or 70's today. Okubo looks to be in her 40's or 50's, judging by this closeup of that picture you posted.
I don't think Okubo needs a motive other than being an Obama supporter who put her foot in her mouth by verifying a low-res image and saying it was ordered a year later than the date stamp shows.

Then, a Search window will appear. Enter in the name you wish to search for in Search Option #2. Unfortunately, the system provides records dating only back to 1983. As such, I was only able to pull up a Dissolution: STANLEY ANN SOETORO VS LOLO SOETORO Although this case was initiated on 8/20/1980 it was terminated on 11/26/1988 which is why its probably in the system: its post-1982. Those interested may wish to check this out. The Case number is: 1DV00-0-117619 I couldn’t find anything online for Barak Obama. If he has indeed done a name-change, that would be either (depending on the jurisdiction) Family Law Court or Civil Court. I checked under both for years 1983-1987 and found nothing. Since he claims to have been over the age of 18 when the name change was filed, then it should be public record. In any event, usually for name changes, the party is to file an Order to Show Cause (as its termed in CA courts, could be termed something else in HI) for Change of Name. Part of this filing is to provide the court with proof that the Order to Show Cause was published in an approved (by the court) publication once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. Anyone who can do a search (in person) can find these published documents in the Name Change Petition that was file. I hope I am making sense here. It means you do not have to search day-by-day in the newspaper archives. The court Petition would have a proof of publication filed with it. AFTER the name change is granted by the court, *then* the birth certificate is amended to show the new name. Note to Practitioners: I have posted a *very simple* outline of the name-change procedure. I thought the Divorce Record info interesting since Lolo Soetoro supposedly died in 1987 yet the proceeding was not terminated until 1988 per this record. Maybe they were never officially divorced? I wonder if this somehow comes into play if Lolo Soetoro did adopt Obama as a child.
