I suspect you’re right, however the notion (promoted in this thread) that there may be a valid document in London is an interesting one. I’d think that among the many tasks involved in properly separating from a colony would be to keep records of the birth records of all the queen’s subjects there.
I’ll bet the One is wishing he had gotten Queen Elizabeth II something nicer than an iPod right about now...

Are you relying on the warning banner, or other list of "attack sites", or do you have some independent verification of that?
I accessed the site last night, got the banner and went ahead anyway. Antivirus (McAfee ran a full scan this morning, in the background, and found nothing. The engine was updated yesterday afternoon, as was the signature files (DAT) file. It checked for updates around 5 PM today, and found none. I forced an update just after 7PM and it updated with a new DAT file. If I got something that was new between 5 PM yesterday and 7 PM today, hopefully the scan I'll do shortly will find it. So far no symptoms.

I'm not sure what "copy" means here. To me this looks like a document created by typing onto a printed form using a manual typewriter. So in the highly unlikely event that it is not a forgery, a clerk probably typed the information from the birth registry onto a 1964 form, that had the 1964 terminology. Or am I missing something?
