However, I can not see a reference to any Kenyan Birth Certificate in the divorce paperwork.

I think this document was given to Orly by another law firm that had it archived from the Obama/Dunham divorce.

This document was requested at the time to be available as certain criteria should the need arise to establish the identity of Barack Hussein Obama.

I just read the article and he admits it so I guess he does. So does the woman, Dawnella Smith. So both are dubious characters. I highly doubt anything that comes from them is legit but I guess stranger things have happened. If this is real, I would be more inclined to think it came from the missing pages of the divorce papers that are in a Hawaii attorney’s old box of files.

There was a person posting here who claimed to be an attorney and was a little odd. I will not say anymore as they may be lurking. They seemed to be plugged into the more moderate Clinton wing.

Months ago - they said the CLintons will hold off until Obama gets universal healthcare done because Hillary wanted that.

After Bill Clinton got out of office he grifted probably $500 million. Bush for some crazy reason put him in charge of the AIDS money for Africa or he was a point person. Bush then allocated at least $15 billion for Africa.

The question is before the first primary for the 2008 election - would Bill or Hillary have made some calls to Kenya? Would they have been smart enough? They were smart/devious enough to grab all the FBI files.

What deadline did he miss?

I was in an LDS library years ago when they opened the mail and found they’d recieved the microfiche for someone’s family all the way back to Adam and Eve. The LDS ladies all were laughing over that but someone sent it to the Temple so they were obligated to put it in the local files. LDS isn’t perfect and no one checks validity. You want to send in your parents are Mickey and Minnie Mouse, born in CA and they’ll take your word for it. Just like any genealogy you find on the internet, use it as a starting point but take it with a grain of salt until you can personally see the documents with your own eyes.

There is nothing in the Constitution, that I know of anyway, that states what we the people should do in the case of a fraudulent election.

As well as I can determine in consulting my desk top copy of the Constitution, Amendment XX, Section 3 may provide an answer to that question:

And if this IS a coordinated lib-puke ploy, it will likely blow up in their faces not ours. First of all, if their hope is to get the GOP behind this, they have failed thus fair. Michael Steele and others have said "Obama is an American". So, again, they have FAILED to get the GOP behind it. Has Rush, Hannity, Levin, Coulter, Malkin, Cunningham, etc. got behind it? NO. Rush has made a few passing comments, although he has also said he could care less where Obama was born. So, again, if this is some plot to get the GOP officials, politicians, and media arm behind it, they have FAILED ON EVERY COUNT.

Now, let's say Drudge picks this story up and it goes "mainstream" and has to be reported by the major networks. Will that help Obama? Of course not! Oh, but you say, wait until it's proven to be false! Ok, so if it goes mainstream and all of the GOP officials, politicians, and media say "Ok, let's see what happens" instead of jumping on it knee-jerk as gospel truth, how does that hurt the GOP?

And if it's proven to be a forgery put out by liberals, again how does that hurt the GOP that didn't take the bait? That hurts the democraps, not us!
