Donald Trump is up 5 points nationally over Hillary Clinton in a four-way race, a Thursday poll from right-leaning Rasmussen found.
It's the Republican nominee's largest lead in the poll since mid-July.
In the poll that also includes Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson and Green Party nominee Jill Stein, Trump holds a 44% to 39% advantage over Clinton.
It's an improvement from his 2-point lead in the four-way poll last week, and a much larger improvement from his 4-point deficit in early September.
The poll surveyed 1,000 likely voters between September 20 and 21. It has a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.
On Wednesday, the NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll found that Clinton, the Democratic nominee, was up 6 points over Trump in the same four-way race. As of Thursday morning, the former secretary of state held a 1.1-point lead over Trump in the RealClearPolitics polling average.

I am giving up on the polls. They are all over the place which suggests that in reality it’s probably pretty close to a statistical tie. This election will likely be determined by turnout.

BI was cool, almost Zero Hedge cool, until Beck kept mentioning it and it went noticeably left instead of edgy IMHO.
But this title must grill it's CEO Henry Blodget. Never met him, I'll assume he is a fine gent and as a Phillips Exeter Academy Alum, he is a bit of a celeb w/ the School and it's aficionado's. With many institutions like this typically leaning to the left, and those that read it see this, this has got to be bad news, real bad news, I mean the reality of POTUS TRUMP has got to be too much, especially this early in the campaign.

The polls kind of scare me a little when they show Hillary ahead.
I want to think they’re fake but the same stupid voters that put Bummer in office twice are going to be voting again and they are dangerously true believers.
