My son has some leave time in Aug. He is stationed in Fort McCoy Wisconson. We are going back for a visit and are unfamiliar with the area. He has requested water parks or water sports. We would appreciate any suggestions.

Cornelius Cultural center called our business in Cornelius offering a free seminar on Friday morning with an immigration lawyer. They stressed the Del Monte arrests and offered information on what paperwork we did not need to give to investigators. Our business is in order and we don't have a problem with the employees. How many people came to New Orleans to be part of a huricane party? How many people stayed to party while the wind tried to rip the city to shreds? While we are looking for solutions to future problems for disaster relief we need to look at the whole picture. Not everyone who stayed were stranded and couldn't get out. A lot of people were there to play. Some people are still refusing to leave. Is it the countries falt if something happens to them now?

My son who is 20 is preparing to enlist in the Army reserve. He has taken the pre-ASVAP and scored 68. He is thinking about a mechanic MOS with a 2 year enlistment. He is a Eagle scout and will take the PFC test for E3. He has two buddies he wants to enlist with. I fully support the military but as a parent I am cautious. We have told him to have everything put in writting before he signs anything. What next? Any information is helpful.

Help needed. My computer won't boot. It steadily declined. First it started shutting down without notice, when I restarted it it started in safe mode and I didn't find anything wrong. Next reboot I got the message CMOS error. The processor speed, date, and time were all listed wrong in the setup. I corrected the time and the computer would not boot to windows. I reaccessed the setup utility and set the settings to match the ones in the user manual under the bios section. Now the computer won't boot to the basic startup (black screen listing processor, ram, etc...)....

Does anyone have information or suggestions on gun insurance? A family member needs has about 17 various gun of pre 1980 manufacture. Some are in good condition some are questionable. Our scout troop received at 15x30 MASH type tent and we are unable to use it. It isn't in great shape and doesn't have the side poles to stake it out. We are taking it to the dump this weekend if no one wants it. We are in the Portland Oregon area.

I am using Troopmaster 2000 and have several years of data on my backup disks. We upgraded our computer last year and I haven't been able to add my backed up files to the troopmaster program. I get an error each time I try to restore the data. I have tried to select the individual files from the floppy, copy and paste them into the data files and this doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Walter Wollmann is an 18 year old young man who earned his Eagle scout award in January of 2003. He is in the hospital and they have found cancer in multiple stomach organs. The cancer is such that they cannot opperate and the organs are starting to fail. Please add Walter and his family to any prayer groups you can think of. Please also offer any prayers you can. I would like to boycott all French products and I would like to support the American economy instead. My problem is finding American options for female products (make-up, hair color, perfume, shampoo, conditioners & lotions), which are mainly produced in France.
