Daniel Lee Bedford, 63, was put to death by lethal injection Tuesday morning for a double homicide in Cincinnati in 1984, according to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. His defense attorneys had argued for clemency, citing dementia and mental retardation. LAS VEGAS — A 34-year-old Las Vegas man faces child abuse charges in the death of his girlfriend's 3-year-old son. Las Vegas police said Wednesday that Ramiro Camacho faces charges of child abuse with substantial bodily harm and child neglect in the death of Adrian Garcia. Camacho was arrested Sunday and Garcia died Monday.
