The shooting happened just before midnight Tuesday at a home on Antha near Bertwood in North Houston. Homicide detectives were investigating the case Wednesday. NEAR SAN MIGUEL, Ariz. - Two suspected illegal immigrants are being treated for gunshot wounds at a Tucson hospital after being shot by Border Patrol Agents early this morning. It happened on the reservation near San Miguel. Border Patrol tells us at least two agents were forced to fire after being pelted by rocks. At this time, Border Patrol does not think the suspects received life-threatening injuries. No agents were injured. The FBI is now investigating. No other information is available at this time.

The story surrounding the shooting death of Donald Barton has divided opinions. The admitted shooter, Cory Pinkerton, stated to Huntington, Indiana police that he, the victim and a few friends had been drinking. According to someone close to those involved, Mr. Barton said he was going to leave to cause trouble. The group tried to talk him out of it. That is when Mr. Pinkerton went upstairs, shortly returning with a loaded shotgun.

Danish police have shot and wounded a man at the home of Kurt Westergaard, whose cartoon depicting the Prophet Muhammad sparked an international row. WASHINGTON, D.C. - A gunman entered the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum and opened fire, according to reports. Fox News and CNN are reporting a man walked into the museum and shot at a security guard. A second security guard returned fire on the gunman. Fox News is reporting a law enforcement official as saying two people have been shot.
