"How to get rid of visceral fat: Following this eating pattern could reduce the belly fat"
LOW CARB / KETO PING!!!
Howdy people, it’s been a while. I came across this article today and covers both intermittent fasting and Keto, both of which are very popular and getting more popular by the day (probably because they work). There are also lots of links to other articles here.
On a related note, I looked at Wikipedia, to see what they have to say about Keto. Typical Leftist rag. They have a fairly extensive article on the diet, but only as it relates to the treatment of epilepsy. The use of Keto for weight loss and health other health concerns is 5 sentences (4 of them negative) in their crappy article on low-carb diets. They also have their low-carb article on full lockdown, a very rare treatment usually reserved for articles on things like the deaths of Seth Rich or Jeffy Epstein, or where Obama was really born. Obviously something is up with them on this topic.
[p.s., anyone wanting to join, or leave, my Low-Carb ping list, just let me know, privately or publicly]
Yeah, but how do you get rid of visceral fat in a woman that would otherwise be date-able?
Do the 70’s model diet:
Cocaine, Diet Coke or Tab, cigarettes, and some fruit

Stay 25... don’t get older and don’t die.
Fasting is a form of calorie reduction. When you reduce calorie intake you start surviving on your own visceral fat meaning it turns into a ketogenic diet.
You might as well go onto a ketogenic diet, and not skip meals.
No problem! After a large meal,I assume the prone position until gravity corrects the imbalance.
Works for me, Its pretty much what I have been doing.
22 lbs down since the end of August with much, much better blood sugar readings.
I am about ready to discontinue taking Glimipiride with my daily Metformin because I have been having lows lately, thats not a pleasant thing.
I can see why you have not been posting much on low carb lately when I see the comments here.
Are there a pics of Katrina showing this method in action?
Seriously though, with the keto diet, it is easy to get back on "the wagon" if you fall off (and soak up too much candy at Halloween).
Eat anything you want, drink anything you want just do it in moderation and exercise.
Diets don’t work.. never have and never will because food isn’t the problem, people are.
Simple, just follow this diet: If it tastes good, you can't eat it.
Evey day its what i do.
16-18 hours not eating, then 2 meals across 6 hours.
All of these diets are humbug designed to make money for the writer of the diet.
Here is the key and involved no money to me:
01. ) In order to maintain weight then the output has to equal the input.
02. ) In order to gain weight then the input has to be greater than the output.
03. In order to lose weight then the input has to be less than the output.
See how easy it is?
thanks for posting this.
i need something that will take off the blubber!
thanks.
unfortunately, keto doesn’t seem to be it,
(this paragraph exerpted from the mayo clinic website:)
Ketogenic diet
How it works: Bring on the bacon. This high-fat, very low carbohydrate diet typically means eating fewer than 50 grams of carbs a day less than four slices of bread’s worth.
What it promises: Getting most of your calories from fat forces your body to use different energy pathways. Instead of carbs for energy, the body burns fat, entering a state called ketosis.
The upsides: While the precise mechanisms are unclear, ketosis is thought to have brain-protecting benefits: As many as half of young people with epilepsy had fewer seizures after following the diet. And some early research suggests it may have benefits for blood sugar control among people with diabetes. An upcoming study will look at the ketogenic diet as a weight maintenance strategy.
The downsides: While the research is exciting, there’s very little evidence to show that this type of eating is effective or safe over the long term for anything other than epilepsy. Plus, very low carbohydrate diets tend to have higher rates of side effects, including constipation, headaches, bad breath and more. Also, meeting the diet’s requirements means cutting out many healthy foods, making it difficult to meet your micronutrient needs.
Mayo’s verdict: While the ketogenic diet may be recommended for some people with uncontrolled epilepsy, the high fat content and especially the high level of unhealthy saturated fat combined with limits on nutrient-rich fruits, veggies and grains is a concern for long-term heart health.

I can’t do keto as I hate meat. Not a vegetarian as I do eat some meat. I have lost 42 lbs. Since mother’s day by counting calories and walking 10,000 steps a day. I’ve lost 5 inches in tummy. I now feel bad if I don’t get my steps in. Positive habit formed!

A great channel for intermittent fasting and keto
The key is overcoming Insulin Resistance, Keto is the best way over time to reduce Insulin Resistance.
Dr. Berg said it best, “You don’t lose weight to get healthy, you get healthy to lose weight”, and before you can lose weight, you’ve got to reduce Insulin Resistance, and depending on your situation, it can take awhile, but with Keto and IF, you’ll get there much faster than any other way.
Please add me! Thank you.

I especially like the videos where they go to various supermarkets and talk about what to buy.
