Blogger admits Hawaii birth certificate forgery, subverting Obama claims (Uh-oh)

Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.

The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.

The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.

Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.

McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

The address on the “birth announcement” is 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy which is the address that was googled and tax records etc posted earlier in this thread. Frank Marshall Davis lived in Waikiki which I don’t think is anywhere near Kalanianaole Hwy. That explains the ping to both you and BIGLOOK as he would know. Idaho is a long way from Hawaii and I am just the googler. LOL

Elections were not held while Ann was in WA state unfortunately but the Polk’s Seattle City Directory for 1961 and 1962 would help. She was going by the name Ann Obama at the time and if people remember the plan was that Ann would go to University in WA until Sr went to Harvard and she would then join him with Jr, getting a job and taking care of the baby. Obviously that didn’t happen so what happened in between the time when the plans were made and the time when Sr left for Harvard? She was so gushy when she arrived in WA with the baby and when she attended classes in spring of 1962 she didn’t even let Maxine Box know she was attending the University. (Maxine Box was her best friend in high school and was attending UW the same time as Ann) Also why couldn’t Ann find a job in 1962 Seattle considering the World’s Fair began in April of that year? Questions, questions, questions ....

I don’t see in the link you posted where the address 6035 Kalanianaole Hwy came into it unless someone was trying to make it fit. Unfortunately Frank Marshall Davis lived in Waikiki not on Kalanianaole Hwy and the address in the “birth announcements” is 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy. That particular address is NOT associated with Frank Marshall Davis, the Dunhams or Obama Sr as I explained previously in this thread.

Let' focus on where Frank Msrshall lived first, Chief.

When I attended the UH, I was on the GI Bill and drove a cab nights. Needed the bucks....but the job didn't prove profitable but I learned my way around, which was an education and I deem edifying.

Marshall's address was at the Diamondhead side of Waikiki, which cab drivers and prostitutes called 'The Jungle'. It was next to the Honolulu Zoo, near the Kodak Hula Show and had a bunch of tenement apartment buildings scattered in the area of tin roofed houses and duplexes, triplexes.....whatevah....

The going rate for a rental in the area at the time was about $150-200 a month or 4 tricks a night. It was a place to be avoided unless dropping off hookers in the wee hours of the morning or tourists visiting the Kodak Hula Show and the Zoo during the day.

Rentals or leases or ownership in the area of 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy would be beau coups bucks and way out the range of an exchange student or even the daughter of a Bank of Hawaii employee (at the time).

I say purported as I have tried to research her even reading TIME articles from the 1940’s for Chicago and there is no mention of a Helen Canfield!

The residents of the ‘Jungle’ were drunks. hookers, drug dealers or others on the down and out. At the time. the county and the state wanted to change the situation and the occupations of the residents in the area. since it was valuable real estate ripe for redevelopment.

So they gave them increases in welfare and more overtime for cops.

I spent last night trying to find out more about Helen Canfield Davis and ended up at TD’s where some gals into geneaology were also researching. Apparently she was Helen Canfield Peck and her family disowned her when she married Davis. She was a card carrying member of the Communist Party and met Davis at the Abraham Lincoln School in Chicago (which apparently was a front for the Communist Party) Digging further I found that they lived 30 miles from Honolulu and he drove in daily, until the divorce in 1970 when he re-located to Waikiki which is detailed in a post above. I still have been unable to find out birth dates for his children(aside from Mark b.1950) although I did manage to find out their names now. The other children are: Beth Charlton, Lynn M. Smith,Jeanne M. Hyde, and Jill M. Prive found in the dedication to the autobiography of Davis. I’ll keep digging to see what I can find, but was struck by the story of when Davis initially met Jr in fall of 1970. Reading that story I was left with the impression that Davis and Jr had never met before. See here:
