Blogger admits Hawaii birth certificate forgery, subverting Obama claims (Uh-oh)

Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.

The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.

The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.

Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.

McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

From Hawaii coroner codes see below. Okay, so in Hawaii it depends on the coroner as to whether they need a autopsy. The coroner made the determination within two hours? So we should be able to get the death certificate with coroners determination of death. Only if they had some power in Hawaii would this have happened this quickly. That power was obama’s visit a few days previous or Madelyn had some power herself.

§841-14 Autopsies and further investigations. If, in the opinion of the coroner, or of the coroner’s physician, or of the prosecuting attorney, or of the chief of police (in the city and county of Honolulu), an autopsy of the remains of any human body appearing to have come to death under any of the circumstances set forth in section 841-3 is necessary in the interest of the public safety or welfare, that person shall cause to have performed, such an autopsy. If, in the opinion of the coroner’s physician, a further or additional investigation as to the cause of death is necessary, the coroner’s physician may conduct the same or have the same made, and the expenses thereof shall be paid by the county concerned, and for this purpose, the coroner’s physician shall have the duties and powers conferred upon the coroner or deputy coroner by sections 841-4 to 841-8.

Any law to the contrary notwithstanding, the coroner’s physician or medical examiner of any county (including the city and county of Honolulu) may cause to have performed an autopsy to determine cause of death upon the remains of any human body which is brought into or found within the State and which appears to have come to death under any of the circumstances set forth in section 841-3, even though such circumstances may have occurred without the State. The coroner’s physician or medical examiner of any county (including the city and county of Honolulu) shall have the right to retain tissues, including fetal material, of the body removed at the time of autopsy to be used for necessary or advisable scientific investigation, including research, teaching, and therapeutic purposes. It's obvious none have any background that would qualify them for document analysis. The majority are journalists.

I've seen this info a few times, and always wondered who did the research to find all this, and when. If it was done before his election, could they have info on Obama that could be helpful, info that hasn't been made public?

One of the problems with genealogy is people do not always have the recorded documents. Without death certificates, baptismal or birth certificates, or some relatives were found among traveling preachers or catholic records during the gold rush as to birth and death records. But without it, you really cannot say anyone is your relative unless all the pieces fit. I have seen mamy place names among my family and they don’t belong there. But I have also seen them take out a gentleman 200 years ago that was african american in my family and he does belong there. I like him there and think that is why I never burn and tan really well. /wink

I will admit that I do NOT know if the links are still active because they did remove the main links as individual links and I was getting the familiar 404 errors but the links within the special may still be active.

Here is an excerpt from the only link I have regarding statements from bank employees... curious isn't it, Madelyn appears to have been taking care of both the children...and working...AFTER Stanley Ann returned from Indonesia.

You, or someone keeps posting this. The short answer is that the University of Washington records do not show that.

In fact, the only attendance records at the U of W in Seattle for August of 1961 end in the second week with finals for the second half summer quarter for which Ms. Dunham was not registered.

The next classroom session, and there were no classroom attendance records incidentally, was in late September, 1961, unless you were in Law School in which case 1L's started in mid September, about a week and a half before the rest of the University.

Legalities aside, in anticipation of the feared “Fairness Doctrine”, the whole of the main stream media has since acquiesced to the intimidation tactics of the Obama campaign and paraded the non-binding resolution known as S.R. 511 to the public with unfactual foolishness. S.R. 511 is neither a constitutional amendment nor legally binding in any way.

Yet the media caved to political pressure and reported it to the public as Chairman Leahy dictated, giving the illusion to the pubic that said resolution was binding to the 2008 election.

Nothing could be farther from the truth.

The public responded, initially by way of lawsuits contesting the eligiblity of not only John McCain, but Barack Obama and Roger Calero as well, citing them all, with equal disqualifying merit, as being constitutionally ineligible to run for President of the United States.

Later, netizens of the internet caught wind of the court actions and responded with their own explosion of blogs, forums, websites, chatrooms, emails, etc. In an attempt to quell the discord, the main stream media offered personalities such as Thomas Goldstein which only served to infuriate the public further.

The public saw such maneuvers as deceitful and an attempt to embarrass the now educated public.

However, the greater proof is in the activity which originated in the Senate in early 2008

which was hidden from the public,

that sought to change what our representatives knew to be unconstitutional from the start.

The public really needs to look no further than this activity, for it speaks to the heart of the deals that went on beyond the Senate doors.

Rather than trust the preservation model our founding forefathers wrote into our Constitution, these respresentatives, beholden of the public trust, saw fit to manipulate the clauses contained therein,

for the sole benefit of their own political self-interests.

Perhaps our representatives, the United States Supreme Court and the main stream media would be interested in reflecting on these records and then start answering truthfully the questions which have so far been ignored.

The public has been promised transparency, but to date has only been dealt scoffing, deceitful rhetoric, if they choose to address it at all.

And four months into President Obama’s term, the controversy surrounding his original birth certificate continues to dog his administration.

The Obama campaign, you’ll remember, posted a copy of what it said was the document on its Web site to try to dispel rumors that he is not an American citizen. But, an online petition calling for the release of what it describes as the president’s complete birth certificate with the hospital name has almost 400,000 signatures.

Today the president’s press secretary was incredulous that the issue just won’t go away. In a White House briefing he said: “This question, in many ways, continues to astound me. The state of Hawaii provided a copy, with a seal, of the president’s birth… I certainly hope, by the fourth year of our administration, that we’ll have dealt with this burgeoning birth controversy.”

They not only took ownership of the forgery on the Internet, they narrowed their own ‘escape routes’ by implicating the state of Hawaii as having provided the thing the affirmative action figure’s goons posted on the Internet. The choice may arise soon of whther it was Hawaii that fabricated the forgery or someone with the affirmative action figure’s administration.
