Under President Obama’s new policy, however, if the state that has just attacked us with biological or chemical weapons is “in compliance with the Non-Proliferation Treaty,” explained Gates, then “the U.S. pledges not to use or threaten to use nuclear weapons against it.”
Imagine the scenario: Hundreds of thousands are lying dead in the streets of Boston after a massive anthrax or nerve gas attack. The president immediately calls in the lawyers to determine whether the attacking state is in compliance with the NPT. If it turns out that the attacker is up-to-date with its latest IAEA inspections, well, it gets immunity from nuclear retaliation. (Our response is then restricted to bullets, bombs and other conventional munitions.)
However, if the lawyers tell the president that the attacking state is NPT noncompliant, we are free to blow the bastards to nuclear kingdom come.
This is quite insane. It’s like saying that if a terrorist deliberately uses his car to mow down a hundred people waiting at a bus stop, the decision as to whether he gets hanged or 100 hours of community service hinges entirely on whether his car had passed emissions inspections.
Apart from being morally bizarre, the Obama policy is strategically loopy. Does anyone believe that North Korea or Iran will be more persuaded to abjure nuclear weapons because they could then carry out a biological or chemical attack on the United States without fear of nuclear retaliation?

to Perpetrate Terror Attacks in Spain During September 2010

During the first half of September 2010, a call appeared on the “Atahadi” Jihadi forum, made by one of the surfers to the members of the forum, to attack nuclear installations, which are spread all over Spain, within the framework of what he terms the “Andalus Invasion”.
The responses to this call were diverse. Some of the surfers praised the idea, but others expressed their reservations, stating that attacking the nuclear installations could harm the Mujahideen themselves.
In response to this posting, one of the surfers wrote that such an attack would have to be perpetrated no later than the 24 September 2010. He also proposed, as an additional or alternative target, to attack Barcelona, as this city has very convenient transport, particularly the metro.

In September 2007 Israeli planes destroyed a nuclear reactor deep inside

There were several bombs set off in the west, I heard bits and pieces of the ‘investigation’ and calls for Homeland Security to come to the scene, cop told the dispatcher, “yes, it is the real thing, get H.S. out here, they will want in on this one.”
Several exploding cars, at high traffic time, on freeway off ramps.
Also at high traffic times on the freeways, boxes of nails spread across the lanes and lots of flat tires.
This has been going on for several days in San Diego, it was in Vegas a week or so ago.

Teenager responsible for chemical bomb near Islamic Society of Portland

Portland Police say Islamic elders came forward to tell them that a 13 year old from the Society was experimenting and was responsible for the bomb. Another bomb was also found undetinated.
Police say it’s unclear if charges will be filed against the teenagers.
