Is this Levin's product of choice when he's crying about Beck stealing his material?Let me first say that I believe that Mark Levin has used remarkable restraint in these matters, and most of it at the request of friends.
Now, having said that, Levin could likely have sued Beck back to the stone age where the burden of proof is much lower than in a criminal case. I believe, instead, Levin is using a humiliation tactic to shame Beck.
This humiliation tactic can be very effective. Of course, one must have integrity for it to be effective. And this is a character flaw I believe that Beck lacks. Otherwise, he would've called up Levin and apologized personally.
And he also should've gone on the air and apologized personally to Levin for stealing his material. Then, it all would've gone away. But he hasn't and he won't do that. Once again, it's that lack of integrity.
