Passport of Obama's Mama (accidentally on purpose?) Destroyed
WebToday ^ | 8-1-10 | WebToday

Posted on 08/01/2010 8:57:49 PM PDT by geraldmcg

Finally when it appeared that the truth was going to come out once and for all about Obama's mysterious birth, the State Department wiggles out of producing records of Obama's mama's by saying that some circa '60's documents were destroyed, and that the records of Obama's mama, Stanley Ann Dunham, were missing.

This let down was the apparent end of a trail from a Freedom of Information Act request for those documents.

But the some documents provided from teh Freedom of Information Request, included two different locations and dates for STanley Ann Dunham's marriage to Lolo Soetoro, Barack Barry Hussein Obama's step-father from Indonesia.

Yeah. There was a thread on it, and he also called in to Jeff Kuhner’s radio program and spoke about it. It was great. I’ll see if I can find that thread, if Fred doesn’t post it first. (wink to Fred)

Anyone saying that people who think 0thugga is lying about his birth circumstances/place to cover up his ineligilibty are nuts, weirdos, kooks etc needs to read your comments.

I just saw a comment like that on another thread. I’m going to put a link to this comment there.

This isn’t about “disparaging his birthplace”. I’ve got nothing against Kenya or Canada. I actually do have something against Hawaii, but that’s only because of the crap the Hawaii government has put me through for the last year of my life. No offense to the good people of Hawaii who are just as disgusted with the corruption as I am; I feel your pain.

The fact of the matter is that our Constitution only allows a natural born US citizen to be President. If Obama was not born in the USA then he can’t POSSIBLY think he is eligible to be POTUS and he has been systematically committing perjury and forgery in order to see the Constitution torn to shreds.

In such a case I have as much sympathy for him as I have for the 9-11 perps. It’s actually probably easier to take when the enemy doesn’t even claim to be one of your own.

Obama told the Egyptian ambassador that he was and still is a Muslim who supports the Muslim agenda. The Muslim agenda that I know of is worldwide sharia (including the slavery or execution of non-Muslims) and the destruction of the US and Israel. That mission started long, long ago - when he first decided to pose as an American so he could destroy America from inside our own White House. It’s the ultimate act of betrayal.

Be careful about taking this one to the bank.

A twenty nine year old memory that just happens to exactly fit a strongly desired meme isn't the best thing to bet on.

You might ask yourself: If this did actually happen as Race remembers it, and it was indeed BHO, then BHO spoke very freely about his birthplace in his youth. It becomes somewhat odd that there's no other record of this. BHO’s Marxist outlook and views are well documented. Why no mention of African birth through the late 80’s and early 90’s when he was trying to develop a black identity?

Quote; "If you look in “Dreams” you’ll see that the details of Obama’s parents getting married, where they lived, etc are all very blurry. But there is one reference that is very concrete: the reference to Obama’s birth weight. If Obama and/or Ayers knew a birth weight for Obama it was from some other document besides the Hawaii BC if that was the item Obama amended. That would be evidence that there is a non-US birth certificate that SOMEBODY (specifically Obama, Ayers, and probably Scheiner & Young) has known all along."

butterdezillion, back then the hospitals gave new parents Certificates of Birth. and it had all that information on them. Height, weight, time of birth, doctor, etc. and a cute little foot print. With a gold seal on the certificate. I know because that is the time my children were born. I was nieve enough to think that, that was the actual Birth Certificate. It wasn't until a few years back I found out it wasn't so I had my daughter send for a Certified Birth Certificate. There is no height, weight, time of birth on the OFFICIAL ONE. Hospitals no longer give out those certificates.

Afraidfortherepublic, height and weight at birth have nothing to do with how tall someone will be. My son is 6 ft and he was only 5 lbs 8 oz and 19 inches long.

So he could have referred to a commemorative birth certificate from a hospital rather than an official BC.

But it couldn’t have been a hospital in Hawaii or Washington. If it had been from a hospital in Hawaii he would not have had to be charged for making an amendment and it wouldn’t result in there being a note of an amendment; it would be chalked up to hospital error.

And Washington says they don’t have a birth record for him.

So if he had something from a hospital it was a non-US hospital.

The official birth certificates do still have the birth weight and other details; it’s just in the medical portion of the birth certificate, which they only print out if specifically requested to do so (at least in Hawaii). If a person just asks for a copy of a birth certificate they cut off the medical information portion of it and just print down to the signature portion.

The CDC’s current standard birth certificate has 58 items on it.

...Why no mention of African birth through the late 80’s and early 90’s when he was trying to develop a black identity?

Maybe because that would have made him a KENYAN and NOT an AFRICAN-AMERICAN, because it was an AFRICAN-AMERICAN IDENTITY he was 'TRYING TO DEVELOP'.

He was already black, after all.

Wow. I’m really thankful that your son was OK after being so small at birth. It’s amazing how they grow. Such a miracle.

Our smallest was 6 lb 13 ounces. We induced 3 weeks early because we never figured out why our first died at 42 weeks gestation. At 6 lb 13 ounces she seemed to swim even in the littlest diapers but yours was even tinier. Again, I’m so thankful that everything turned out OK. They sure are precious little gifts. =)

There IS a height and weight on “the official one”.

I have an official BC from the State of Hawaii from the 60’s.

It includes height, weight, hospital, doctor, time of birth among other facts.

(by he way, I was born in a hospital in Hawaii in the 60’s. My parents never received an unofficial certificate with feet stamps on them. They could have been saving money and never paid for one, but for the record not every baby received it)

My parents did have to have the official BC for me because my father was active duty and needed the documentation.

Barry (if born in HI) does have the info or can get the info. He either can’t because it doesn’t exist or he doesn’t want to. Simple as that.

Chris Strunk says:
Monday, August 2, 2010 at 4:38 PM

Strunk is in opposition to a summary judgment filed by the DOJ in my case Strunk v DOS et al.

DCD 08-cv-2234 seeks further disclosure in regards to DOS spoliation of documents in regards to my request under FOIA the passport and related records of Stanley Ann Dunham et al..

I have been awaiting these records and more since October 2008 when I first filed a FOIA request related to my active case in New York Supreme Court where the records will be used when the disposition of the Summary Judgment is complete;

Hopefully, I will receive the additional records that exist from 1960 onward too.

Clearly when the DOS release is combined with the US Customs and Immigration service release to Ken Allen amounting to about 90 pages shows that Lolo Soetoro and Ann Soetoro were having difficulties that would only explain the removal of BHO from her passport in 1968

especially since the Indonesian Government in Soetoro’s words, any American, was in jeopardy there in Indonesia due to the anti-American feelings”

is shown at page 103 of

http://www.scribd.com/doc/35245956/Strunk-s-DOS-and-DHS-FOIA-Responses-DCD-08-Cv-2234-and-Ken-Allen-s-DOS-and-DHS-Responses-AZDC-09-Cv-373

attached to the U.S. Government memo of January 12, 1966 with pages marked 000077 through 000080

therein at page 000078 regarding Lolo Soetoros request for a INA section 212(e) waiver and two year extension for his stay in the USA with Ann Soetoro,

(that according to the US Government document of August 6, 1968 all three returned to Indonesia on July 20, 1966);

Soetoro states:

“Most importantly, anti-American feeling has reached a feverish pitch under the direction of the Indonesian communist party, and I have been advised by both family and friends in Indonesia that it would be dangerous to endeavor to return with my wife at the present time.

Of secondary importance is the fact that my wife does not yet speak Indonesian,

Not only would she be forced to cut short her college education, but she would be left in a position of isolation in the community,”

It appears from the cross comparison on both the Customs and DOS FOIA released documents that

on October 20, 1971 Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro (SADS) and BHO (a.k.a Saebarkah Soetoro) together boarded Pan Am Airlines Flight 812 unaccompanied by Lolo M. Soetoro in Djakarta Indonesia

and arrived in Honolulu Hawaii on October 21, 1971

and sought entry into the USA on an expired Passport issued July 19, 1965

according to the DS 1423 Form for REQUEST BY UNITED STATES NATIONAL FOR AND REPORT OF EXCEPTION TO SECTION 53.1, TITLE 22 OF THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS

with use of the expired Passport of July 19, 1965 shown as page 6 of

http://www.scribd.com/doc/35245956/Strunk-s-DOS-and-DHS-FOIA-Responses-DCD-08-Cv-2234-and-Ken-Allen-s-DOS-and-DHS-Responses-AZDC-09-Cv-373

It is important to discover whether or not based upon SADS’ August 13, 1968 Passport Renewal Application to DOS shown as page 3 and 4 of

http://www.scribd.com/doc/35245956/Strunk-s-DOS-and-DHS-FOIA-Responses-DCD-08-Cv-2234-and-Ken-Allen-s-DOS-and-DHS-Responses-AZDC-09-Cv-373

SADS excluded Saebarkah Soetoro (BHO)from her Passport of July 19, 1965;

and therefore, left no way for BHO

who is presumed to also have the right to an Indonesian Passport under Lolo Soetoro

to reenter the USA with SADS except by use of the expired July 19 1965 passport.

That Declarant

among other items of interest in the analysis presented by Dr Corsi in his Worldnet Daily Article (WND)

takes issue with the insinuation that the 1965 edition of SADS passport was only good for 3 years when in fact it was to expire July 18, 1970 according to the actual reference by the US Government shown in the upper right corner of the application located at page 3;

however in August 13 1968 SADS made an early application to renew the 1965 to remove BHO (a.k.a. Saebarkah Soetoro) from her own passport.

At that time, Lolo Soetoro was in a difficult effort with the State Department and US Customs and Immigration to obtain reentry into the USA and needed to reflect Saebarkah Soetoro (BHO) as an Indonesian for his own safety.

That Saebarkah Soetoro (BHO) according to his own writing in 1971 would re-enter back into the USA to live with his Grandma Madelyn Dunham

Except for the fact that the Exception request for use of the expired July 19, 1965 passport

without use of an American passport as Saebarkah Soetoro as an Indonesian citizen

which he was also entitled to an Indonesian Passport made without being on SADS renewed Passport of August 13 1968

made it easier for Saebarkah Soetoro / BHO to travel and obtain a renewed Indonesian Passport,

rather than a British or even Kenyan passport that would be more difficult to explain or obtain to the Indonesian Government

(having a USA passport there in Indonesian would dangerously expose Lolo Soetoro to government scrutiny since BHO was born in Kenya not the USA was adopted by Lolo Soetoro as a Indonesian citizen).

Thereafter 1971, Saebarkah Soetoro living in the USA went to the Indonesian Embassy in Hawaii

to obtain or renew the Indonesian passport

as part of his college funding program

and that in 1981 through 1984 was then used while attending Columbia University

to enter Indonesia, Pakistan and Afghanistan

while working for Zbigniew Brzezinski then of the Scholl of Foreign Affairs and the National Security Council with the Carter Administration and Reagan Administration transition.

You know, back in those days, in the state where I lived, the official birth certificates had some other quite interesting information within the medical section—such as age of mother at first pregnancy, total number of mother’s pregnancies to date, number of stillbirths, number of children born alive but now deceased, number of children now living. So there were lots of goodies about mom, too. This information was gathered for the purpose of government vital statistics. It was never meant to be part of the certified copies given to people who requested their “birth certificate.” However, it was gathered, it was kept, it could be revealed again if a court should so order.

In addition, if a child was adopted in a closed adoption, the original birth certificate was retained and, at least where I lived, a new birth certificate was created, with the names of the adoptive parents on it AS IF they were the biological parents. (Sort of like Indonesian law at the time.)

So if the child was never told he was adopted, even if he got a certified copy of his birth certificate, there was no way for him to know the facts of his birth.

However, personnel in the Vital Records Dept. could tell he was adopted, just by looking at his copy of the birth certificate. How? Because of the way the BC# was coded. There was a way to interpret the number that would lead back to the BC# on the sealed, original birth certificate, which was kept in a special file. Nosy people who worked in Vital Records could go back into the sealed file and look up the information about the biological parents of any child who had been adopted, for example, by friends of theirs. I know about this because I knew an old biddy who did just that, and gossiped about her unethical, illegal behavior.

When Obama first released that COLB with the redacted BC#, I speculated that perhaps the reason he hid the number is because Hawaii might have used the same sort of numbering system, meaning that if the BC# was released, people who knew the coding system would immediately recognize that he had been adopted. I thought of this again when FactCheck blog wrote this in the now-infamous Born in the USA story:

“We asked the Obama campaign about the date stamp and the blacked-out certificate number. The certificate is stamped June 2007, because that’s when Hawaii officials produced it for the campaign, which requested that document and ‘all the records we could get our hands on’ according to spokesperson Shauna Daly. The campaign didn’t release its copy until 2008, after speculation began to appear on the Internet questioning Obama’s citizenship. The campaign then rushed to release the document, and the rush is responsible for the blacked-out certificate number. Says Shauna: ‘[We] couldn’t get someone on the phone in Hawaii TO TELL US WHETHER THE NUMBER REPRESENTED SOME SECRET INFORMATION [emphasis added] and we erred on the side of blacking it out. Since then we’ve found out it’s pretty irrelevant FOR THE OUTSIDE WORLD [emphasis added].’ The document we looked at did have a certificate number; it is 151 1961 - 010641.”

So what sort of secret information were they afraid of having revealed by the BC#? Maybe an adoption.

Maybe, as butterdezillion suspects, late completion of the birth certificate, causing the number to be far out of bounds for someone whose birth was registered on time.

Or maybe it’s both.

We already know that the BC# that’s been revealed doesn’t logically make sense because that COLB, if you believe it, says he was registered 3 days before the Nordykes, yet their BC#s come sequentially before his.

He either can’t because it doesn’t exist or he doesn’t want to.

from Dreams of My Father", page 26:
"I discovered this article, folded away among my birth certificate and old vaccination forms, when I was in high school. It's a short piece, with a photograph of him. No mention is made of my mother or me, and I'm left to wonder whether the omission was intentional on my father's part, in anticipation of his long departure. Perhaps the reporter failed to ask personal questions, intimidated by my father's imperious manner; or perhaps it was an editorial decision, not part of the simple story that they were looking for. I wonder, too, whether the omission caused a fight between my parents."

I guess I have missed out on some things. I am confused about I think I read where you said he or someone wrote in on the OFFICIAL birth certificate his weight. Where has that ever been pointed out? You talk about the CDC. Is that the Center For Disease Control? All the Certified Birth Certificates that we have received come from the State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services Vital Records. There is nothing from the CDC.

About babies. Back during that time they pretty much had the mothers not gain more than 20 lbs for the whole nine months, so the babies weighted a lot less than they do now. My first 5 lbs 8 oz second 6 lbs 1 oz and my last 6 lbs 13 oz. All were full term and did great. My son was the only one who grew tall though.
