I have very loud or strong tinnitus. I have yet to find a solution to minimize or eliminate it. So far, it just gets worse over time.

Serious question: have you tried CBD? I can’t vouch for it personally, but anecdotally I’ve read it helps some. I’ll get it occasionally when I’m under stress. I declench my jaw to help. Maybe massage?

Mine started years ago ... a combination of different work environments and a devil may care attitude about protecting my hearing.
I grew up when doctors smoked on TV and told us Camels were the smoothest taste ever.

Anxiety and stress affect the degree. Chill and the sound can lower. Also, you will eventually get use to it so that it’s in the background, and you don’t hear it — like getting use to a noisy fridge sound where you don’t even notice it.

Yep. I have a symphony of varying frequencies constantly, I have yet to find a solution or any easing of it. 36 years of flying didn’t help...
