This is also the place to post contact information, prayers and general discussion.

FL_Engineer suggested that if you have something that qualifies as BREAKING NEWS or FRONT PAGE NEWS, please post it on a separate thread in that category in order to give it maximum exposure and then post a link to the article/thread here so that it will be included in the next update of links. Also, if you post links to articles from original sources and there is also a thread on FR, please link to the FR thread. Most employers wouldn't allow an employee to use their name in a company and agree to be directors without some kind of tie. What's the connection there?

Demers' intransigence here leads me to believe that it is just a matter of time before Terri is again dehydrated and starved. I don't think all our tears and outcry will prevent this third attempt at execution. Or as the Floridians call it -- the "exit protocol."

So Prudential was her employer, so it is reasonable to assume they were also the insurance carrier.

Does this mean that two doctors (one settled) and the insurance provider were sued?

If an insurance company held both medical and life insurance policies on one person...could they cancel the life ins. after being sued for liabilty on the medical? Just wondering if this is why Michael claims there is no life ins?

Perhaps he doesn't know how 'snoopy' a freeper can be.

It seems to me that once he filed a malpractrice suit claiming 'medical' reasons and the jury determined 70 percent was her fault..he cannot claim an accident! Besides..I thought double-indemity was life insurance and Michael said she had none....

Some posters have speculated that he has some kind of life insurance on Terri that he is not disclosing. Of course, Schiavo has said that he has no life insurance. Who would believe Schiavo? Well, 61 percent of the American people, I guess? Not I!!!

Seems as if God (who seems to be the only one who can do it) doesn't knock the criminally liberal kangaroo court down to size, Terri will be doomed, along with anyone else who poses a threat to them. What the is it about "conflict of interests" that these dont understand? It doesn't take a legal scholar to recognize how much the deck is being stacked against Terri and her family. Heck, the average grade school kid with a pair of eyes and a normal IQ could see it, given a few basic facts of this case.

So what can be done to get Wolfson removed as guardian ad litem? He is already on record as opposed to the Schindlers? This is another outrage from the FL judiciary.

This Demers has named a GAL consistent with the Schiavo-Greer forces. Is that what's "Terri's Law" was supposed to do? Why is there no investigation into this case from the state of FL? It's like these liberal judges are untouchable.

I suspect that if Terri suddenly got out of bed and tried to walk outside that hospice that the GAL Wolfson would call her deranged and recommend immediate removal of the feeding tube no matter what progress she might make.

I heard a lawyer for Michael Schiavo on one of the talk shows Sunday deny he has insurance. Something about that denial struck me as being a bit too lawyerly. I suspect Michael Schiavo has something that they are able to claim is not insurance.

The Fox Poll with its loaded false Question just makes me sick. We are obviously not getting enough information out to the media.

Instead of sending one info pack to each network, we should probably be bombarding every newscaster and every talk show host at every station. There is clearly no internal communication at these networks.
