hmmm - I forget what they call those spiral-corkscrew configurations - but they had two like that just before a deadly eruption in Columbia a few years back that killed several scientists

Very odd, those low amplitude, low frequency surfboard type waves that went on for something like 20 minutes.

That was a magnitude 6.9 quake in the Solomon Islands in the South Pacific.

The basic problem is that you don't know anything about geography or seismographs, and you're impervious to anyone accurately informing you of what is going on.
