Rooty's Tanking.......behind in NJ, too.

NY papers ran stories about Rooty rigging the NJ primary for himself---to a winner take all format.

Too bad (/sarc).

Why are you so anxious to declare Hillary the winner? I would say she has little chance right now.

So many possible scenarios---heard Nader is gonna do another Third Party run.

I would not be surprised if Obama's backers felt compelled to have him run Third Party (if Hillary keeps up the attacks and denies him the nom).

Rudy's absolutely INCREDIBLE drop in such a short period of time--rivals that of Howard Dean.

It makes me wonder: did he EVER have those numbers, really, or were the pollsters inflating him, and now realize they must show the real numbers or look like frauds as the real election results come in?

"Romney Agenda: Keeping Michigan And America Economically Strong" http://www.mittromney.com/News/Press-Releases/Romney_Agenda_1.14

Governor Romney Proposes A Five-Fold Increase – From $4 Billion To $20 Billion – In Our National Investment In Energy Research, Fuel Technology, Materials Science And Automotive Technology. This is what Romney promised Michigan so they can have their old jobs back. 4-20 billion in spending! Very fiscally conservative!

”Doesn’t look like Pat Robertson is going to be a ‘kingmaker’ this cycle”........with his whorish endorsement of Rudy Giuliani.

Hey, have some compassion. Robertson is in his dotage--the only way he got a thrill was endorsing Rooty.

In exchange for the endorsement, Rooty took him to the Hamptons with the NYPD security detail when he porked his mistress.

It’s your viewpoint that makes me bring up this, which I stated last week: “Some people whine because Romney has moved right in his positions. Bizarre - dont we want people moving right? ... Well, John McCain has moved left over the years and wants to be rewarded for it. Blech.”

We need a sign outside the Conservative clubhouse - We Take Converts.

Some freepers fall in the trap “How dare Romney pander to me” - who the heck do you want him to pander to, the illegals?!? the unions?!? the gay activists?!? the media?!? that’s exactly what mccain, Huck, Obama and Hillary are doing - PANDERING TO EVERYONE EXCEPT *US*. And the phony excuse for McCain’s refusal to back down admit he is wrong - “well, McCain is more ‘honest’” No! McCain is *less* honest than Romney; he’s a creepy backstabber on immigration who lied to us about what he was doing, saying amnesty wasn’t amnesty, and telling us to shut up about it, and is simply wrong on that and other issues.

Mitt comes to us and tells us what we want to hear on life, judges, taxes, family, immigration, marriage, the war against jihadists, and conservatives turn up their nose. “How dare he. He’s not pure enough. He’s not got a record conservative enough.” Never mind that the guys who did have the conservative enough record got 1% in the primaries ... Well if you reject the conservative sounding guy for the non-conservative guy ... that’s a great way to get a RINO or liberal elected.

viable candidates who seek you out and ask for you to validate their conservative message should be supported!
That’s why it makes sense to support Mitt Romney!

“The big exception is Obama’s loss in NH. No pollster got that right.”

That’s because the polls predicted the big win, the indies felt that was decided so at the last minute decided to vote for McCain instead. Seriously, that was McCain’s margin of victory and Obama’s margin of defeat.

You are right that polls (last minute ones anyway) havent been far off. Except for ARG.

“Don’t rest, my FRiends, Rudy still needs to be stopped - starting with Florida in one week!!!!!!!!”

Write an editor’s letter, and call a talk show, especially one that airs in Florida, to let conservatives voters know the truth about Rudy.

Some talking points for your editor’s letter, and for calling a talk show:

“Culture of life:

ABC clip:

George Will: “Do you think Roe v Wade was good constitutional law?”

Rudy Giuliani: “Yes I believe, I believe it is.”

Cnn Clip:

Announcer: “Giuliani was then asked whether he supports a ban on what critics call partial birth abortions, something Bush strongly supports.”

Rudy Giuliani : “No, I have not supported that, and I don’t see my position on that changing.”

Immigration

CNN clip:

Announcer: “Back in 1996, mayor Giuliani went to federal court to challenge new federal laws requiring the city to inform the federal government about illegal immigrants.”

Rudy Giuliani: “There isn’t a mayor or a public official in this country that’s more strongly pro immigrant than I am. Including disagreeing with President Clinton when he signed an anti-immigration legislation about two or three years ago.”

Gun control:

CNN clip

Rudy Giuliani: “I’m in favor of gun control”

Meet The Press:

Tim Russert: “How about registration of all handguns?”

Rudy Giuliani: “You know I’m in favor of that. I’ve been on your show many times.”

Gay Rights:

CNN Clip:

Announcer: “As mayor he supported civil unions, and extending health and other benefits to gay couples.”

ABC Clip: “I supported domestic partnership legislation and signed it”

Meet The Press:

Tim Russert: “So should gay people be openly allowed to serve?”

“I think people should be judged on the merits. And there should not be a specific focus on someone’s sexual orientation.”

First Amendment:

ABC Clip

Cokie Roberts: “Would you vote in the senate in favor of Mccain / Feingold?”

Rudy Giuliani: “Yes, I’m a big supporter of Mccain / Feingold. I have been for a long time.”

Party Loyalty:

ABC Clip:

Rudy Giuliani: “Frankly George, I’d like to run on all the lines. I’d like to run on the liberal line, the conservative line, I’d like to run on the democratic line if I could figure out how to do it.”

Conservative Values:

Meet The Press:

Tim Russert: “Whether it’s gays in the military, gun control, campaign finance, late term abortion - you and Hillary Clinton are in sync on those issues.”

Rudy Giuliani: “Well then maybe the other side should stop the ‘He’s part of the vast right wing conspiracy’.”’

See Rudy for yourself on YouTube - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RVBtPIrEleM

There is more to conservatism than being a fiscal conservative (IF Rudy is even that). Conservatism is a way of life.

“I don’t see that happening. I think conservatives will begin to abandon the Republican party, especially if McLame gets the nod.”

Smart conservatives will never abandon the GOP.
MCCain in the White House is like having a 1/2 seat.
He’ll be 50% on our side 50% a traitor, just like his 65% ACU rating for 2007. A real RINO.

But we have many issues and many officeholders. The real conserative backbone of the GOP will endure, even if it takes future primary attempts to knock off RINOs.

You can blame the conservatives if you like. The GOP leadership (actually NON-leadership) of Ken Mehlman and Karl Rove gave us this group of liberal RINOs.

And now Rove is whining about everyone getting behind a single "conservative" candidate. The "great architect" ... NOT!
