If healthcare passes the socialist coup d'etat has advanced beyond the point of no return!
Dec 19, 2009 | Jim Robinson

Let's face it FRiends, if the unconstitutional healthcare bill passes, the socialist coup d'etat will have advanced well beyond the point of no return!

There is nothing in the constitution that authorizes this illegal federal power-grab and plenty that forbids it. If the Obama/Reid/Pelosi Marxist attempted coup pulls this off without the people resisting to the hilt, then they'll have no restrictions whatsoever on implementing the rest of their Liberty killing Marxist agenda. America will be no more.

The whole idea of our constitution is to severely restrict the federal government to only its dozen and a half expressly listed enumerated powers and to guarantee and protect our unalienable individual rights as well as our sovereign states rights and republican form of government.

The constitution has not failed, the people have. When the government will not willingly restrain itself within its legal bounds, then its the duty of the people to enforce the constitution and restrain the government.

The constitution does not define our rights, it defines the limits on government. Our rights are granted by God not government, and government cannot take them away. Our government was established by and for us and was granted by us certain limited powers and only those limited powers. Our government serves at our pleasure to defend our nation and our rights. It does not RULE over us.

Obama is not a dictator. Reid, Pelosi, et al, are not our rulers. When they overstep their bounds to the degree they have, then they MUST be brought back down to reality.

It's time to jerk their constitutional chains taut!

It's time for US to enforce our Constitution and invoke our Bill of Rights!!

It's time to assemble for duty, for Liberty!!

The Constitution is not broken! Did you read what JimRob said? The problem is with the people. For the most part, we are a flock of uneducated, ignorant cretins who care more about TMZ and American Idol than the freedoms being stolen from us. The media and the education system has successfully transformed us into willing slaves. No rewriting of the Constitution will fix that. If you think it would be a good idea to open up the world’s greatest government charter to changes now, you’re out of your mind. It would end up looking like the UN Charter. Take a look at that, if you haven’t already.

You are absolutely correct. Today, I blame each and every idiot that either voted for Obama or stayed home. This is on your hands. And I don’t want to hear the crap about he was a rino, etc, etc, etc. TODAY I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR IT. I AM PISSED TO THE MAX.

This is indeed the issue of our generation, a Constitutional crisis and the very fate of the Republic is at stake.

The opposition must be loud and overwhelmingly resolute in defining the marxists takeover as just that, a usurpation of the government and ultimate power grab by godless communists, perverts and thieves.

A statement from conservative leaders that this will not stand is in order.

How about what that trucker suggested...all the truckers (who move 80% of the goods) just go on strike for weeks at a time to cause turmoil, everybody who works suddenly claim 8 or 9 dependents so the beast isn’t fed monthly, start organizing groups for your state to secede from the union, organize groups to force each state attorney general to demand Obummer produce proof of citizenship and throw him and his cronies out NOW, 2010 isn’t soon enough. And it is every citizen’s duty to NEVER re-elect incumbent politicians. They will never approve term limits, but we can enforce term limits of one or two terms max. at the ballot box.

I am with you BunnySlippers. Every single idiot who keeps saying we need a one hundred percent pure republican gave us this. If we fought this hard against rino republicans when they were in power they would not have gone off the reservations as they did and we would not be facing this muslim, corrupt, community organizing thug from the south side of Chicago.

I suggest you gather with like-minded folks in your communities and begin to form Citizen Nullification Committees. There will be opportunities in the near future for free citizens to demonstrate that they WILL NOT COMPLY with the tyrannies being legislated by this corrupt and unholy administration. The Committees should plan what their reactions will be when those opportunities arise.

There will also be chances to confront the enemy, whether in defense of one's own property or that of ideological brethren. The Committees should each select a Defense arm to do just that. If we're headed for a war, let's take it to them.

And a tactical group should be set up to fight back, to harass and interdict, and to take the offensive. The Sons of Liberty dumped tea. We are the sons of the Sons. And the tea needs dumping again.

Never trust the legislative branch to repeal a bureaucratic monster.

This law will need to be met with thirty to forty thousand class action lawsuits and civil rights cases simultaneously the day the executive branch regulations are finalised in the Federal Register.

This is going to come down to every single American signing up for class action lawsuits, and every single American pressing every single local, county, regional, state and Federal prosecutor to bring Civil Rights charges against the Federal Government. This will become a personal war to either recruit the prosecutors, or replace them by any means necessary.

The alternative is permanent 12%+ unemployment rates and permanent slavery to health insurance companies in the New Amerikan Fascism.

Every single jurisdiciton in the country needs to be hit at the same time. The courts need to be shut down.

Every lawyer in the country needs to be pressed into action, at least 10% will be needed to be recruited to provide enough manpower to properly shutdown the legal system and 20% of the American economy.

Behind that effort, FR and tea parties will need to build ever larger boots on the ground and organizational capacity to create flash mobs at any courthouse the DoJ and HHS dares send lawyers to represent their fasist interests.

That is the way forward.

This is the new civil rights civil struggle.

There are many many state laws that ban indentured servitude...

Indiana... Mary Clark a woman of Color v. G W Johnston, May 7, 1821

Indiana... State v. LaSalle, 1 Blackf. 60 (Ind. 1820),

This law as constituted replaces the Dred Scott decision as the most egregious antithesis of freedom in this country’s history.

Humphrey was also pro-Second Amendment for the very reason it was intended. The last firewall against a tyrannical government. His own words below:

Sen. Hubert Humphrey’s statement, Know Your Lawmakers, Guns, Feb. 1960, p. 4 (1960): “Certainly one of the chief guarantees of freedom under any government, no matter how popular and respected, is the right of citizens to keep and bear arms. This is not to say that firearms should not be very carefully used and that definite safety rules of precaution should not be taught and enforced. But the right of citizens to bear arms is just one more guarantee against arbitrary government, one more safeguard against a tyranny which now appears remote in America, but which historically has proved to be always possible.”

Then it is a tragedy that you believe that a majority of the American people have no respect for the constitution. It is precisely because we have strayed from a strict interpretation and let courts find hidden meanings that we are in the mess we are in today. Do you think “busing” would have been approved if the people voted on it? Federal funding of abortion strained through a definition of privacy? Ban a firearm because of its cosmetic appearance? Spend another trillion when you have tens of trillions in unfunded liabilities? This is insane!
And please, easy on the Noob bs, I was fighting wars and putting my life on the line for this country when we still had a representative government that did not try to dictate every aspect of one’s life. The federal government has no right to take property (earnings or any other property) away from me or anyone else and give it to another party. That is a perversion of our constitution as well. It may take a trainwreck, and it appears that fiscally we are heading that way. The direction our country is going at present is way off track.

“SO WHERE DOES THIS STAND? WHEN THEY VOTE ON IT, IS IT A DONE DEAL, OR DOES IT HAVE TO GO TO THE wHORs?”

They have to craft a Bill that is one, out of the two they will have if they pass this one.
