NOTICE: FR DOES NOT AND WILL NOT SUPPORT ABORTIONIST, GAY RIGHTS PUSHING BIG GOVERNMENT STATISTS FOR PRESIDENT!!

This message is intended for those posters on FR who seem to have missed my prior statements in this regard and insist on advocating for these bastards.

I'd rather shut the place down than be involved in any effort to install abortionist/gay rights pushing RINOS like Romney or Giuliani into the White House!!

Do NOT push this crap on FR. Take your business elsewhere!! And I don't care how long you've been here!!

That is the right attitude, Jim.

For too many years and in too many elections, the progressive Republicans have counted on our submissive support of the RINO candidates they have put up.

It is time to eradicate them from the Republican party, or start our own and leave them behind on the trash heap.

Eh. One of the most vehement anti-gay posters here has an openly gay brother. I think she pulls out the “love the sinner, hate the sin” line now and again.

It happens.

So you support homosexuality and the fact that it kills and the average lifespan is only 50 years of age? You support that they have higher drug and alcohol use and domestic violence?

Are you seriously stating that we have to accept homosexuality, even revel in the mental disorder?
Especially after the site owner himself http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2725798/posts?page=171#171>said this?

The only areas I see that libertarians have in common with conservatives if in limited government, and there is disagreement as to what should be limited in it.

I don’t see how that’s going to work when the moral issues are the biggest obstacles.

No pro-abortion, no pro-homosexual marriage, no pro porn and prostitution, no open borders, and although I think the war on drugs has not worked, I am not in favor of legalizing recreational drugs.

Where’s the agreement except that both of us want less government oversight in our lives?

Amen. RINOs don’t need FR for support, they have TV, newspapers, lefty blogs etc all tacitly on their side (until close to elections of course).

Thank you sir. Conservatives are in for one heck of a fight in 2012. So we may as well make it for someone worth fighting for.

At least now the Romneybots can't say they weren't warned.

This has to be about the 2,862nd time you’ve had to post this, and some (soon to be zotted) freeper wannabes STILL don’t get it.

Wow some people are dense, aren’t they?

Democracy is designed for a moral people, but no form of government, nor amount of laws, can make a person, or a people, moral. Sharia is probably the ultimate form of government enforced morality. How's that working out?

You know, comparing moral people who support laws like we used to have against immorality, does not equate to sharia.

Almost every law on the books is a law that regulates moral behavior. Murder is a moral issue and illegal. Should we remove the laws for that because it has a religious basis?

What about theft? That's a moral issue grounded in religion.

Lying and perjury? Same there.

Vandalism and destruction of another's property? That's a moral issue based in religion.

Take a look at all the laws which regulated moral behavior at the time the Constitution was written. Those were not considered unconstitutional.

I've never seen it work out well for someone who implies that a legal system based on the Judeo-Christian value system is equivalent to islam and sharia.

Good luck with that.

Oh, and IBTZ.....

I understand how you could take my post on Phelps, but it certainly wasn’t meant the way you took it...nor did it deserve your nasty insinuations.

My neice is a grown woman of 27. I love her, but I do not ‘support’ her lifestyle. How much clearer can I get?

I consider myself libertarian and I don't agree with your assessment. I am very much against abortion, pornography and homosexual marriage.

I have no problem with so-called civil unions for homosexuals, but I want the definition of marriage to stay the same. Abortion is murder, IMO. Pornography and prostitution is for losers.

I may lose some libertarian credentials but I would be okay with abortion being illegal in almost all cases.

You libertarians are so predictable, sooner or later you ALWAYS compare conservatives to Islamofascists.

Not sure why you included me in this post. I specifically have said that I am against the homosexual agenda and will not be voting or supporting any candidate that does.

I wrote the post more to explain why I avoid the issue sometimes. It was probably not the most artfully constructed vanity and some here have really taken it the wrong way and for that I apologize.
