Solyndra should be investigated for fraud, embezzlement, conspiracy and concealment, and criminal civil rights violations.

I’m mad as Hell at the continued corruption being thrown at the public and the support being doled out by Democrats for their pet projects and inept leader. Democrats continue to put party interests and vote buying ahead of national interest and the longer term well being of America. Do you suppose the unions will show up at the houses of Solyndra management (thugs) and protest? No, because they are basically an arm of the Democratic Party. Investigation will lead to a prolonged cover up and give time for records to be destroyed. Reconstructing and sifting through bank records will take months, if not years (something I’ve done in the past). These crooks should be turned over to a committee of “concerned citizens” or even the CIA to see how long they continue to plead the Fifth. It’ll never happen and the full light of this scandal will not surface until well after the 2012 elections. But the blame is largely within the government as well and the investigation must focus on that part of the equation quickly. The background of every government employee or appointee associated with this loan should be reviewed (with emphasis on lending experience and due diligence), especially if any bonuses or promotions came about as a result of this loan. This can be done much more quickly and lower level employees made to look like fall guys are more likely to talk.
