Does the CBS cam look right to you all? It's 7:30 pm there, so it should be fairly dark. This picture looks like it did most of the day. And none of the vehicles going by have headlights on.

Could they be playing live audio, but a taped video? (I'm ignorant about broadcasting technicalities)

That actually isn't call to prayer I think. The air raid siren is broken, so they are using the call to prayer system in it's place. I think everybody there knows when the times for prayer are so they are cool.
