If you will, please remember this tiny baby in your prayers. He’s the grandson of a very dear friend of mine. Logan was born on July 25. His due date was in October, making his mommy 26 weeks along, being born 3 months and 3 days early.
Logan was 1 lb 9.4 oz when he was born and is now weighing, as of this morning, 1 lb. 8.3 oz. The little guy is now 12-1/2” long.
He’s a real trooper and is fighting with all his little body can fight with. His Grandma said that he’s starting to recognize his mommy when she comes in the room and hears her voice. She said he tries so hard to open his eyes, and starts kicking his feet.
I asked my friend if there were any specific prayers, other than the obvious…and this is her reply…” A prayer of thanks for the miracle called "Logan.”
On a personal note, I’ve read the emails daily from my friend. I’ve known her for years, I’ve heard her talking about her family for years…but I’ve got to tell you that I’m SO impressed with how her children have all banded together in support. What an incredibly wonderful and loving family.
Father God, we lift up Logan’s little body to you. We pray that you can strengthen him hourly, daily, weekly, until he’s grown enough to go home with his precious family. We ask for guidance for the doctors and nurses who are caring for him. We ask for strength for his parents and extended family. Thank you so much for the gift of life. In Jesus’ Name, Amen

Wow, didn't know about your accident. Somehow or another I missed it. Been so wrapped up in the Terri Schiavo situation I think that has pretty much taken my time as I went to those posts immediately.
Am so sorry to hear about your accident. How awful that must have been for your. We do hope and pray your surgery will take care of it for you and that soon you will be out of the pain you are having.
It is time to pray for you and pray for you is what we will do. So glad Logan's photos helped you for that brief time. Looking at him is enough to take anyone's mind off their troubles. He is quite a boy and always felt he was allowed to live after that long bout for life because he was put here to do great things one day.
Take care, think good thoughts...and know this household along with all the other Freepers will be praying for your recovery very soon.

TC's head is solid bone!
This child just melts the heart. Seeing him so vibrant, alive, happy and so cute is just heartwarming after all he has been through. He's the cutest isn't he? Love, the one with him looking out the window AND....the one when he is asleep. Thanks God for Logan and....Please God...heal our TC. He has done so much for so many...he is being tested now and we know he will pass with flying colors. Thank you very much for the photos...we hope we can see Logan as an adult one day and hope you continue sending photos. :)
You old warrior! I wish you the best in your upcoming surgery and healing. You deserve nothing less. I have recurring bouts of sciatica, so I know where you're coming from. Be patient, it takes time and lots of therapy.
Our boy Logan sure does bring a smile to everyone's face.
Thanks for giving him hugs in the past and now... even if he fights you!

Hope they can do something like that for you. Praying that they can.
The post op care is VERY important.
I like you don't say much when in pain and surgery for me is not an option so home care and letting things that flare up heal is very important.
King Vanity and I have been doing accupuncture for bone, muscle and attacment injuries the last few months.
The practitioner is also our RPT from the local Home Health hospital that is my advisor on his pulomonary needs.
We know all about chronic pain TC and the best pain killers are worthless.
It sucks as you know being a physical working person sitting still or not having a limb functioning is more very frustrating. And relying on others is not in our vocabulary. So I assume you are much the same.
So to get this hip fixed PLEASE TAKE the time needed to allow post op HEALING as that will be the KEY to your outcome. TRUST ME on this.
BTW I knew something was up since early in Feb. as your postings sluffed off and I knew if it was about your daughter we would have heard so I had a feeling something was up with you.
Which means Prayers were going up long before BG clued us all in.
Don't let HC kick your ass.
