This is unprecedented, I really don't know what authority will have to handle this, surely not the court. They have allowed this to continue.
The courts should have settled this before the election. Now we may be in a huge mess with terrible consequences.
Once he is found to be a fraud, people are not going to let him sit in the oval office for one day much less until 2012.
All this could be avoided of course if only he would release his long form birth certificate. He is creating a possible volatile situation that may get out of control.
I hope my gut is wrong. I want his BC to show without doubt he is a American Citizen and I will be glad I am wrong, because the alternative is too horrible to think about.

Should be easy to authenticate, which she is in the process of doing. There are names on the Kenya B.C. that can be checked. She and WND are really going out on a limb here - they must have something. At this stage of the birth certificate conversation with birthers being declared as nut jobs, why would they risk their reputations?

Reminds me of when I was talking to a friend about politics last year, he was a lib and he was bashing Sarah Palin, saying she was an idiot and had no experience ect. So I rattled off a laundry list of true things about her, and how she had more executive experience than Obama ect. He then looked at me like I had four heads and said, “Man, how in the world do you know that much stuff about her? They don’t say that about her on TV.” I was like, “well I listen to talk radio and read conservative websites like FR, to get my news.”

That’s entirely possible since we have never had an ineligible person elected to the office of President before. However, the constitution does have provisions for it IF the ineligibility is discovered before he is sworn in. I would think the election would be legal but not the two candidates, Bozo and Biden, but that is just me(wouldn’t it be great to end up with Sarah as VP? wouldn’t the dimwits heads explode?).
I am so jaded about US today, I just wonder if people know this document is indeed valid would over 50% even care.

There was significant political activity in Kenya in early 1961, particularly concerning the release from prison of Jomo Kenyatta, who would later lead the country, first as prime minister and then as president after independence was declared in 1963.
Obama Sr. later served in Kenyatta’s government. He was politically connected and may well have taken Ann back to Africa with him that spring, when pressure to release Kenyatta was greatest. Kenyatta was released from prison 10 days after Barry O’s reported birth date of Aug. 4, 1961.
Has anyone verified that Obama Sr. was actually enrolled in Hawaii in the spring of ‘61? If this certificate is real, he likely took Ann back to Kenya in early ‘61, where she spent most of her pregnancy.
That would explain why there are no pregnant photos of her, and also would explain why she shows up in Seattle in late August, ‘61, with a newborn, apparently on a return trip to the states.
You may be wrong on that. This might be as good as it got in Kenya, at the time. Remember that the large majority of Kenyan births would have been at home, unattended by any health care professional.

Yes, it is a digital photo of a paper printed by computer with a rubber stamping and embossing applied to it. There was a theory posted here that the rubber stamp and embossing were photoshopped onto the digital photo of the paper printout. Alternatively it could been created using a physical embosser and rubber stamp that were created for the purposes of forgery.
The original factcheck image was a scan of a paper printout and was low res. It is only used as a red herring now, such as early in this thread. It could well have been a different forgery (it certainly seems different and forged to me). Factcheck could well have tried to obfuscate any comparison between the two.
The most likely explanation is they just had some guy take a bunch of pictures of the new document. Someone else could have forged the new document (embossing and all), or it could have been issued by Hawaii, there's no way to really know. A less likely explanation is that factcheck created a paper printout and forged an embossing (and rubber stamping) onto it. For that to be true and not leaked, Factcheck would have to run a pretty tight ship.
