How new is the idea that Obama was born at Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya? Here is a link to some kind of forum with a post from January 21, 2009 mentioning his being born at Coast Provincial General Hospital, Mombasa, Kenya:Right. I am not talking about the validity of the document here, I am just asking how old is this idea that he was born in Coast General Hospital in Mombasa.

If it was invalidated, we still have the fact that another Senator not BO legally holds this seat now, regardless of the skulduggery that placed him there. I think the courts would let this sleeping dog lay regardless of the outcome of BO's citizenship if his actual citizenship becomes a question rather than NBC status.
Its crazy, Obama's citizenship will not be resolved even by the release of his long form B.C. if it is completely valid because there are still a pile of questions to be answered after that. Its time for him to come clean now, no more peeing on our legs and saying its rain. This has gone on too long. Lets have done with it.
Problems.....
The document is dated in 1961 and refers to "The Republic of Kenya". The Republic of Kenya did not come into existence until 1964. That is an indisputable fact. Find a way to explain that and I'll listen.
There are two places for signatures, one for Obama Sr. and one for an official. Both are blank.
There are no details regarding time of birth, weight, attending physician, etc...It's possible that Kenya never records these but it is a question.
The line for "Christian" name. I have known two people born in Kenya in this time frame. Neither had a Christian name. One was a Kikuyu named Waithera the other a Lao named Ashieng.
The last few are small issues but should be addressed. The first, the fact that there was no Republic of Kenya in 1961 is a deal killer.

Exactly. Ther than the RINO governor they are all Dhimmis. Nothing they say in defense of Obama’s eligibility rings true to me.
An Usurper is not entitled to an Impeachment trial. He is entitled to a trial, but it will be for Treason or something along that line.
[If a U.S. court rules the document is authentic it will put Congress on notice that it has a duty to correct a Constitutional duty that it overlooked on January 8, 2009.
It will either correct that defect or the American public will realize its in the bag.]
Actually, I think our best course is not impechment per se, but to so cripple the Obama administration that they can’t pursue any of their communist plots. If the Kenyan story is correct, then it means endless litigation because everything Obama has signed would be put into question. I’m hoping for a nasty, brutish, slow death to hobble everything the Democrats do.

They had ended the British rule in December the year before, maybe were using the term early. At any rate there must be plenty of other official documents available to compare with.
