It wasn’t CALLED Republic of Kenya until December 1964. The date on there is February 17, 1964. I never said it was for sure fake, I just called into question the anachronism, as did several others here. Sheesh, calm down.

Dr Chiyome is a she and she confirms nothing.

She comes to a conclusion without providing any supporting facts.
Vital records -interesting that she does not say birth certificate and uses the plural.
So, obviously there is more than one record on file.
Which could be anything from adoption to name change to dual citizenship, etc.
Who is Dr Fukino and what are her qualifications to determine such a complex legal issue ?

It’s a niche practice.
Fukino’s medical practice history has been focused on the wellness of native Hawaiians-
obesity, diet,high blood pressure,etc.

According to the ABIM-the American Board of Internal Medicine-
she is not board certified.
Dr Fukino’s area of practice is the unique medical needs of native Hawaiians,
There is no evidence in her posted Curriculum Vitae that she has ever taken any courses
which would qualify her to determine who is or isn’t a natural born citizen.

You’re right about you got whatever fonts were on a manual typewriter when you bought it. Or at least the ones I remembered with the long keys that striked the ribbon - whatever their technical term might be. However, if the ones with balls could be exchanged but I don’t know when those came out. I have an electric typewriter from the mid-70’s and it has interchangeble fonts that come on a wheel cartridge but that also uses a plastic-like ribbon which this KCOLB definitely isn’t typed with. This alleged document looks like it is typed with an inked cloth ribbon. See the light and darker shading of the letters as more or less ink is distributed. Also, some of the letters such as the “a”, “A”, and “s” show a build up of ink within the closed so slightly closed areas of the letters. As I said early this morning, I’m leaning toward a Royal model typewriter but I haven’t found which font it used.
The visual feel is quite similar to various documents I have around that era. The printed form itself (not the filled in from a typewriter) appears ok for that time. But who knows.
Also, see the top left corner? What are those two dots? Could it be from a staple? I can’t get it zoomed closer than 400% so can’t determine if the dots are holes and if the holes are ragged and if there might be staple indentations.

From my history class, and I could be wrong, Biden would become President until such time as as the House can convene its members. It will then VOTE on President from the candidates who qualified that still remain. Whether Hillary will be allowed to enter into that vote is unclear to me. The States will them get one vote each and cast it for president. This has happened (vote for President in the House) before Historically. The house then votes for VP. Based on how the states voted in the past for McCain and Obama, McCain would win. But that speculation because the House members are not required to cast their votes that way.
So who gets to be in that vote ballot... yea, it gets REAL interesting.
