In the interests of not obfuscating the record to the world, can you correct your "down-and-dirty" job and replace it with a better reworking? We can make note of the changes. All I can say is I hope whoever originally asked for “clearer text” got to see and read it before the chaos ensued.

Her site is in Flash and you can’t just “right click and save” the original image.

I do have the original, unaltered one archived to hard drive in case it “disappears”, if anybody cares.

I don’t think the majority of people will react violently. Detroit, New Orleans, part of other big cities maybe - but I think most people will be relieved. Particularly if all that lousy legislation goes down the void hole.

It says Certified Copy of Registration of Birth because it is Hawaii acknowledging a resident of Hawaii registering a child born elsewhere.
