Let's face it FRiends, if the unconstitutional healthcare bill passes, the socialist coup d'etat will have advanced well beyond the point of no return!
There is nothing in the constitution that authorizes this illegal federal power-grab and plenty that forbids it. If the Obama/Reid/Pelosi Marxist attempted coup pulls this off without the people resisting to the hilt, then they'll have no restrictions whatsoever on implementing the rest of their Liberty killing Marxist agenda. America will be no more.
The whole idea of our constitution is to severely restrict the federal government to only its dozen and a half expressly listed enumerated powers and to guarantee and protect our unalienable individual rights as well as our sovereign states rights and republican form of government.
The constitution has not failed, the people have. When the government will not willingly restrain itself within its legal bounds, then its the duty of the people to enforce the constitution and restrain the government.
The constitution does not define our rights, it defines the limits on government. Our rights are granted by God not government, and government cannot take them away. Our government was established by and for us and was granted by us certain limited powers and only those limited powers. Our government serves at our pleasure to defend our nation and our rights. It does not RULE over us.
Obama is not a dictator. Reid, Pelosi, et al, are not our rulers. When they overstep their bounds to the degree they have, then they MUST be brought back down to reality.
It's time to jerk their constitutional chains taut!

Ok , organize it. I’ll commit .Where , when ..No more familty outing Tea Parties..We need a NATIONAL STRIKE, we need to adopt the VERY successful methods of the Left and use it against them . Sit in’s , block roads and bridges , halls of Congress and have MASSIVE rallies.

This letter is published to advise the federal government in Washington D.C. and all agencies of the so-called "federal" government, that this SOVEREIGN AMERICAN will NOT submit to the marxist/communist coup currently taking place in Washington, D.C., and will ACTIVELY OPPOSE IT.
This SOVEREIGN AMERICAN will IGNORE any laws, rules or regulations that come from Washington D.C. that further restrict the FREEDOM and LIBERTY of individuals, and will in the future IGNORE any PREVIOUS, UNConstitutional laws, rules or regulations that have restricted the FREEDOM and LIBERTY of individuals in this country.
Further, this SOVEREIGN AMERICAN will encourage others to ignore any laws, rules or regulations that restrict the FREEDOM and LIBERTY of any individual in this country.
Whether the laws relate to "health insurance mandates", gun laws, environmental law or any other "law" that restricts INDIVIDUAL Americans from utilizing their own personal property, or that restricts what we can eat, or how much, what we can drink, what type of toilet we are "required" to have, what we can or cannot say, what we can think, how we must provide "service" to ANYONE, how much we can donate to our favorite charities, who we can associate with, I'm here to tell you to take all your "demands," your "laws, rules and regulations" and print them out, then fold the printout until it is all sharp corners AND SHOVE IT UP YOUR COLLECTIVE ASSES! I WILL NOT COMPLY!

Not by outright vote, Sheriffs are in parts of the country. Chiefs are normally appointed by council or mayors.
If not, we are, effectively, enslaved and it is a death sentence to anyone with chronic health issues.
The ONLY answer is a blockade of D.C. by millions. I am talking about people abandoning cars, trucks, stopping shipping via highways, pitching tents and making a city of our own right in front of the Capitol. Do it when they are in session. Bum rush D.C. while Congress is in session with 20,000 cars and just get out and march to the steps. There is no way they could assemble even 200 tow trucks in time back and forth to do anything about it.
The D.C. police force is big enough to circle the Capitol itself. The White House is protected by Secret Service, FBI, and the Marines. We are not advocating violence...we are shutting down business period. Until we get resignations, until we have bills tossed out, until we have people literally thrown out of their offices...we don’t leave.
We co-ordinate nationally...first wave is 20,000 people...2nd day...reserves of another 20,000 people...3rd day...50,000 people...4th day 100,000 people 5th day 250,000 people....6th day 500,000 people...7th day 1 million people.
I am talking shut down I-95 and surrounding highways. Come loaded with food and necessities to last you minimum a week. Unless Obama orders the National Guard to tear gas American citizens, taze them, arrest them, or shoot them...everything will stand still. All D.C. business will shut down and there is nothing they can do about it.
The ONLY answer is a non-violent blockade. Spread this word big enough around the nation and it will happen.

There are 1000 like minded groups out there all doing thier own separate things. We need a meeting of the tribes to put away our pet projects and gripes and come together as a MASSIVE body of patriots who are willing to sacrifice time and moneyo to stop the take over of the United States.
And I don’t mean a family outing tea party. I mean civil disobedience and A NATIONAL STRIKE.
Is there any way we can choose an articulate certified constitutionalist to represent us and formally address Congress with a list outlining each of their abuses of our Constitution? Accompanying that list should be a list of demands to remedy the situation within a stated time line.
If our elected legislators haven’t the guts to protect us under our Constitution then by God, we must stand up ourselves.
Then in that case the militia should not involve the civilian police force.
There should be enough former military to form a militia. It would be a good start. Meet in a church...hold elections...pledge your support...respect the chain of command.

Why can we not just DO THIS ? Why th ef*ck are conservatives incapable of getting it together. Where are the rich conservatives , the legal expert conservatives , the conservative media folks..How can we get this off the ground?

I really thought we were gonna make it to next November and peacefully get the CongressRATS out of power. Now I'm not so sure.
