Let's face it FRiends, if the unconstitutional healthcare bill passes, the socialist coup d'etat will have advanced well beyond the point of no return!
There is nothing in the constitution that authorizes this illegal federal power-grab and plenty that forbids it. If the Obama/Reid/Pelosi Marxist attempted coup pulls this off without the people resisting to the hilt, then they'll have no restrictions whatsoever on implementing the rest of their Liberty killing Marxist agenda. America will be no more.
The whole idea of our constitution is to severely restrict the federal government to only its dozen and a half expressly listed enumerated powers and to guarantee and protect our unalienable individual rights as well as our sovereign states rights and republican form of government.
The constitution has not failed, the people have. When the government will not willingly restrain itself within its legal bounds, then its the duty of the people to enforce the constitution and restrain the government.
The constitution does not define our rights, it defines the limits on government. Our rights are granted by God not government, and government cannot take them away. Our government was established by and for us and was granted by us certain limited powers and only those limited powers. Our government serves at our pleasure to defend our nation and our rights. It does not RULE over us.
Obama is not a dictator. Reid, Pelosi, et al, are not our rulers. When they overstep their bounds to the degree they have, then they MUST be brought back down to reality.
It's time to jerk their constitutional chains taut!
It's time for US to enforce our Constitution and invoke our Bill of Rights!!

Yeah, but waiting around for some people to make a move probably won't work. Bush/Perry Texas isn't something to have faith in. We need to create our own nation by Aztlanian-type migration. Texas isn't even the best place to plant the seed. Most illegals pass through there freely.

I have been saying the very same thing for 6 months now..PLEASE LETS DO IT ..Here in NY City 50 cars that just happen to stall out at the Lincoln Tunnel would practically shut NY City down ..Those 50 people get 50 more involved the next week and make headline news ..All cars happen to have anti Obama stickers on their bumpers. Block hallways , target one particular senator a week and make their life hell , block their offices and brok their cars .
CAN WE PLEASE GET OFF OUR ASSES AND GET THIS OFF THE GROUND. We need someone who can REALLY write well and we need to approach Ruch , Levin < Beck with the idead to support civil unrest..It’s our last hope
There’s lots of talk here of civil disobedience, blockades, work strikes, etc. The best way to stop the marxists is none of the above. If enough people get onboard, we can force the change we want. How?
Tax strike.
If we give the axis of evil - Obama - Pelosi - Reid - the money they need to pull off their marxist agenda, then we have only ourselves to blame.
A tax strike would be relatively easy to organize via the internet. And it wouldn’t take a lot - only a few million - employers and self-employeed, maybe some corporations.
How could the IRS handle millions of non-payers? We simply tell congress we will start paying when they start listening to what we want.
Reminds me of when I was in college, we had a power hungry college president, with financial abuses, fraud, etc. There were lots of protests. I told the organizers if they had a tuition strike, things would change quickly. I told them it was really kind of stupid to pay tuition - give him a blank check - and then complain about what he did with it.
Time for the tea parties to morph into the tax parties.
As it relates to the majority of people in this country my commentate are true . Considering the country has literally been taken over by radical Marxist I think the lack of mass reaction has so far been pitiful.

Only states can mount the forces and powers necessary to dismantle the Union and re-create a federal government with LIMITED powers. The bastards did this in the 1850s and within 10 years the country was in shambles and millions were dead. Its coming again, folks. But no cool blue and Gray marching in cool formation. I think at this point in time they will only be arguing about which of our orifices to ram it into..
But they won't heed it. They'll set the police, FBI, Secret Service, BATFE, and anyone else in DC and the surrounding area with a badge and a gun, on us instead.
The only good news is that Obummer has seriously PO'd most of the military. If push comes to shove, most will not stand with Obummer.
And I suggest that each of us provides JimR with an alternate email address at which we can be reached, should (God forbid) the FR site be down for ‘any’ reason. We need a way to keep in contact with other like-minded freeper conservatives.
I started trying to form a freeper list on my own, but got sidetracked with family illness. If JR had a list of all of our email addresses, he could contact us and we could also get updates, bulletins and info from him, should the need arise. We need one person in each city/area that will keep the central list and serve as liason between JR and the rest of us.
I have a feeling that aside from FR we will hear nary a peep from the ignorant and unwashed masses.
Try to take away their cell phones and you might have an uprising.
