Let's face it FRiends, if the unconstitutional healthcare bill passes, the socialist coup d'etat will have advanced well beyond the point of no return!
There is nothing in the constitution that authorizes this illegal federal power-grab and plenty that forbids it. If the Obama/Reid/Pelosi Marxist attempted coup pulls this off without the people resisting to the hilt, then they'll have no restrictions whatsoever on implementing the rest of their Liberty killing Marxist agenda. America will be no more.
The whole idea of our constitution is to severely restrict the federal government to only its dozen and a half expressly listed enumerated powers and to guarantee and protect our unalienable individual rights as well as our sovereign states rights and republican form of government.
The constitution has not failed, the people have. When the government will not willingly restrain itself within its legal bounds, then its the duty of the people to enforce the constitution and restrain the government.
The constitution does not define our rights, it defines the limits on government. Our rights are granted by God not government, and government cannot take them away. Our government was established by and for us and was granted by us certain limited powers and only those limited powers. Our government serves at our pleasure to defend our nation and our rights. It does not RULE over us.
Obama is not a dictator. Reid, Pelosi, et al, are not our rulers. When they overstep their bounds to the degree they have, then they MUST be brought back down to reality.
It's time to jerk their constitutional chains taut!
It's time for US to enforce our Constitution and invoke our Bill of Rights!!
It's time to assemble for duty, for Liberty!!

They will regulate every part of your life with this health care nightmare. When the government doesn’t force these insurance companies to take your money or deny you care, the companies will do it themselves for power and profit.
This is an unholy alliance that WILL NOT END WELL.

- Longview Texas is very nice place to retire, near Lake Cherokee. Very conservative and of course being born there I’m biased. Course the southern dialect there is way heavier than anywhere else I’ve been in the south LOL

I have been talking about a national strike for years. Make the economy come to a grinding halt for one day and I guarantee eyes will open.

Yes, it starts with Civil Disobediance on every level of tyranny, local, state, and federal. If enough people just ignore idiotic government policy, the legal system will collapse under its own weight. Violence is a dead last resort, because it will alienate a lot of the populace.
The strike is a great idea, the only problem with the income tax is that most people work for someone else, so the tax is automaticaly taken out.
It can be done.
Civil disobedience may well be the next step; I am not yet 100% sure but I am coming to that conclusion based on a thorough reading of history, human nature and the essence of "power" when held and abusively excercised by elite, detached men and women over other less-powerful men and women.
All during 2009, we tried in the millions being reasonable and communicating our wishes on multiple occasions through the forums and channels established in our American representative democracy. And they still chose to rule with disregard of the Majority and in the nature of true tyranny--only because they had the Magic Number.
Study these brave men and women in the photo below (1989) and you know that WE can also achieve wonders with numbers, unity, clarity and leadership. It starts internally by approaching our own conservative and republican leaders and clearly asking them their own positions, firmly telling them to lead, follow or get out of the way. I would say, start this from Monday after observing the Lord's Day of Rest. For we will need much energy and spirit:
