This thread is only for freepers who want Sarah Palin to be President in 2012. Please all (TROLLS)other stay out.
I remember every Presidential election night going back to President Kennedy.
Oh want a night when Reagan was elected, how proud it was to be American.
Reagan went though all the same things Palin is going though, Can't win the General, Rinos didn't want him, Reagan, always behind in the polls, too divisive, the Bushes didn't like him, The democrates and Carter wanted him to win because he was the easiest to win!
I love when History repeats itself!!!!
Then Reagan was reelected by such a great landslide.
I was just as happy when we thought “W” won” in 2000. Fox called it around 1:30 pm I think. I hated Al Gore. I remember doing a jig with my mother (in her seventies), which she hadn't done ever before. We then started to freak out when they pulled the call back. Well the dems didn't get to steal it. Then 2004 was such a great night beating the corpse-man John Kerry and Bush was the first President in over 100 years not to lose any seat in the house and senate!
But on November 6th, 2012, when I hear “Ladies and Gentleman, President Elect Sarah Palin” !!!!!!
WOW. Oh want A Night!! It will be the Happiest I have ever been on a election night!/
REAGAN WAS GREAT BUT HIS SUPREM COURT PICKS, WILL NEVER BE AS GOOD AS PALIN'S WILL BE!!
(They say you have to visualize something before it happens.)
Will anyone else feel like this?
This thread is for Palin lovers only!
If a troll or Palin hater posts, please skip post and treat like it was CNN or MSNBC. Change the Station and just ignore.
Did she announce?
Some thought provoking articles re: Sarah Palin
I clicked on this thread just for the halibut.
Yes, the halibut was delicious. ; )
I honestly believe she is the best candidate we have as of now, and she could most certainly handle the job.
You should change your name to OhioPalinFan... lol
Okey Dokey - Add Me!!!
I read her book last year and very much enjoyed it. I also watch her show and am hopeful she will run for office again someday soon. She is brilliant in keeping in the press so much lately.
Regarding the presidency though, I am troubled that she did not finish her full term as Governor. I understand the lawsuits etc and the fact she did complete 2 terms as mayor, but we really need a supreme leader with fortitude.
Being she is a TEA party fav coupled with the serious lack of good GOP candidates out there right now (who are willing to run), I am willing to give her the benefit of the doubt on the half-term. But would prefer she run for VP again in 2012. This would give her time to work on her presentation and polish what I believe is a political diamond in the rough.
I'm already planning on taking the day after election day off. I figure I'll be up late celebrating, may wrap-around and celebrate well into the next day.
Oh Want a Night?
One thing they can take to the bank; I WILL NOT SUPPORT OR VOTE FOR ANY MORE DAMNED RINOS!
It's time to treat Potomac Fever like smallpox, quarantine it and wipe it out!
What about freepers who aren’t sure who they want?
When did she announce?
Sure, I’ll play.
Keep this in your back pocket:
The brutal reality of America is that an aristocracy has developed in Washington against the wishes of the founders of this country. The Republican Party “insiders” are just as deep in the corruption and aristocratic thinking as the liberal elites. If anyone ever needed convincing of the deep disregard in which the aristocracy holds the serfs, the “insiders’” reaction to the Tea Party movement answered that question. In such an atmosphere of aristocratic minds, who else would be able to cut them down to size and remind them that they work for the people of America? Would Romney, with his own aristocratic flair and his own version of Obamacare, be willing to curtail the reach of the aristocrats into our lives? Would politician-turned-talk show host Huckabee be willing to rein in the very people who supported him in his political life? Sarah Palin is one of few politicians who have fearlessly taken on the establishment, both Democrat and Republican, with a consistent message about the enforcement of the constitution and the returning of government to the people.[snip]
Count me in!
see 21. It is what drives my desire for a Palin run.
Who will run with her?
I want someone that thinks exactly as I do, almost anyway.
Just make that person younger, better looking and more articulate. These three things shouldn’t be too difficult. The “thinks like I do” part is the toughie.
Karl Rove and the RINOS know that Palin will take all the states McCain won last time.
The RINOS also know that Obama will not be able to win Virginia, Ohio, Florida, Colorado, New Mexico and Iowa next time around.
That is why the RINO establishment are gay rage hysterical over Palin because all she needs to do is beat Obama in the 6 swing states that won’t vote for the bisexual muslim from Kenya next year.
She can do it and the RINOS are afraid. So are the allies of the bisexual Kenyan.
I like her very much. She’s my favorite candidate right now and right now she’s just as much a candidate as anyone else. No one has announced.
The only thing that scares me about her is the hate she inspires in lefties.
It’s beyond hate, it’s almost insanity. I know those types won’t vote for any Republican for president, especially a conservative, but would Palin hate give them more drive and incentive to vote if she ran.
I’m willing to take the chance because she is so good, but it does scare me a little.
I honestly think Sarah should be on the 2012 ticket - either as President or Vice President. She seems to be the only conservative who is active and not afraid of the liberal hate mongers. Give her a chance, and see if a knight in shining armour comes out of nowhere in the next two years.
LOL! That's funny, EV
Oblunder will give us Palin for similar reasons.
Win one for the Gipper Sarah!
Count me in.
I’m with ya
Some suggest that she is an intellectual lightweight. I disagree. I read her book, and her track record is far stronger than is generally acknowledged. (By the way - please read "Going Rogue", by Palin.)
I think she has the ability to lead, the ability to understand people, to work with and through others - and that is an essential skill in a President. Notice that Reagan had that same quality.
Is Sarah a blue-blood? No, I suppose not. But she is a good, red-blooded American. I think she would make us - FReepers and Americans - very proud as a President.
Count me among her supporters.
Shouldn't this be posted under Religion rather than Front Page News?
You could try DU until you have learned and THEN come to FR and enjoy!
What states that voted for McCain will vote for Obama next time because of Palin?
Which of these states that voted for Obama will vote for him next time instead of Palin?
The 2012 election will be about the 6 states who have turned against the bisexual muslim.
Sarah will win. And Obama will lose.
Who will run with her? .............. I’m from Florida, I’d pick Alan West. If there was a debate I’d like to see West destroy the VP. And as far as Palin is concerned, a debate w/o teleprompters, and let “the genius” show “his” stuff.
right there with you.
There are few who could keep up.
On top of that you have a Tea Party movement that will only get larger and more influencial. Tea Partiers have no way back to uninformed and uncaring, once the light goes on and the fire starts...
...and the policies that sparked the movement are only going to get worse.
I’m in all the way with Palin 2012!
It's impossible for the Palin Protectorate NOT to be offended by any type of criticism of her. The PP take personal offense at anything other than abject adoration of Palin which is what worries me.
The 2012 election is all about 6 states. Everything else will be a distraction created by the LSM, the RINOS and the ‘RATS.
P.S. If you’re from Iowa, why the hell did they vote for the Kenyan last time?
First, the USA doesn't have "supreme leaders", we have presidents.
Second, it took more fortitude to resign than to stay, as all of her close advisers were telling her it would be "political suicide". She resigned, and is currently proving that the resignation was nowhere near being "political suicide", but a stroke of genius. From sinking into an oblivion of debt, she is now worth millions, and is well on the way to being the first female president of the USA.
Third, she demonstrates fortitude virtually on a daily basis, carrying on despite the constant attacks from the liberal media, and the Country Club Republicans.
You want "fortitude"??? She has it, in spades.
I’m in! Go Sarah!!
This lady has more stones than some of our supposed “Men” in the conservative movement.
Good grief, the defeatist threads that I’m beginning to see more and more of on FR is not a good sign! No offense to you good ladies, but how is it that women like Sarah, and Michelle Bachman have more stones and enthusiasm for victory than our “Men?”
I swear, I’ve gone to a few threads today, where guys are posting the most pathetic, defeatist crap I’ve ever read!
But I digress. I will do whatever it takes to elect Sarah should she decide to run!
Lets also make solemn pledge: “We will not abandon her like many others have, due to lies that the media continually repeat about her! We will reject the Media and the Socialists, NOT Sarah!”
Lets also do whatever we can to help destroy the MSM. We have phone cameras, we have the power of the internet. Lets make it our goal to destroy the corrupt institution known as the Mainstream Media!
I don’t think you’d have to worry about her staying President if she wins. I’ve heard you can’t sue Presidents like you can sue a Governor. No one would be able to sue her, so, there’d be no worries there, tho if that DID happen to her as President, I doubt VERY MUCH if she’d resign. I KNOW she’d see it through!
Sarah is ready:
Governor Sarah Palins Accomplishments that garnered her a whopping 92% approval rating:
Energy Independence, Development, and Environmental Stewardship
*Governor Palins cornerstone accomplishment is AGIA (Alaska Gasline Inducement Act). During the Palin administration, TransCanada and Exxon formed an alliance to build a natural gas pipeline from Alaska to the Lower 48. Under Governor Palins governance, the project was expanded and revised from what previous governors had proposed with an open policy process for the Alaskan people. More progress was made on this effort than in the previous 30 years. This is the largest private sector infrastructure project in North American history and helps put us on the path to energy independence.
*Governor Palins administration opened up drilling for oil and natural gas at Pt. Thompson for the first time in decades.
*Governor Palin created the Alaskas Petroleum Integrity Office to oversee all aspects of energy development and to make sure oilfield equipment was safe to operate and a Climate Change Subcabinet to comprehensively and honestly evaluate climate change.

At the same time, she fulfilled her campaign promise to forward fund education, allowing districts greater flexibility and predictability in their planning.
*Governor Palin opposed much of the “stimulus”, wanting only to accept 55% of the money allocated to Alaska, specifically only dollars dedicated to infrastructure [projects. Although the Alaskan legislature ultimately overturned her veto, she stood firm on her commitment to help Alaska to become more self-sufficient while not adding to not add to the skyrocketing national debt.
* Governor Palin invested $5 billion in state savings.
Walking the Walk on Fiscal Responsibility
*Governor Palin sold the private jet purchased by the previous governor. She state it was an unnecessary financial burden on the state and was unable to land on many of the states landing strips.
