First, as it stands now, (and ONLY my guess and it is early and much can change) do not expect George Zimmerman to take the witness stand (although he has a Constitutional right to do so if he wants to do so.)

This re-enactment video will help you understand the scene of the shooting according to George Zimmerman and is in his words. It is also a horrible video for the prosecution.

The prosecution are among the most disgusting vermin sucking air in this nation. I have more respect for concentration camp guards in WW2 than the prosecution lawyers. The guards at least had a plausible fear of retribution if they failed to carry out orders.

This would include the judge, who appears to be totally biased towards the prosecution...

Think about it...The judge is part of the government machine in Florida. She's seeing the government prosecution become a laughing stock, with no convincing evidence to convict this man.

There is no way you could know that. Just because he had a sorted poss does not mean at every waking hour he would be up to no good. GZ was stupid for confronting someone he did not know. What IF TM had been carrying a gun and GZ was the one killed? And look what the outcome for GZ has been to date: for not waiting on the cops to show up and for confronting TM, GZ has messed up his life royally. Even if he stays out of jail, he in no way will have the kind of live he would have had if he had just stayed in the truck. And is will not be TM fault GZ’s life will be meesed up, it will be his own fault.

The video is GZ words, not what the actual operator’s words were. The dispatcher told him not to get out of the car.

What is relevant is GZ confronted an unknown person in his neighborhood walking on the sidewalk not bothering anyone. The Watch program had rules about staying in the vehicle and calling the cops.

You obviously have inside information. Please post a link to back up those assertions, because that's the first I'd heard of it. Otherwise I think you are just talking out of your ass.

BTW, to show you where I stand on Zimmerman, I made this comment at the time: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2863892/posts?page=92#92 I didn't know too much about the case at that point except that the dispatcher told him not to pursue.

This thread is the vey first time I have watched any sort of video on this case, and I watched mainly to see Zimmerman's side of the story. His story is coherent with the other evidence (dispatcher tapes and 911 calls) and his injuries are consistent with his story. Anyway, I suggest that you watch it yourself.

That "gated community" is an apartment complex; a dive that had recently suffered a rash of burglaries. Hence, the "neighborhood watch" volunteers.

Bottom line: A happy little black kid was laughing and skipping his way home from the 7-11 with a bag of candy when he was stalked and gunned down in cold blood by a racist, white, redneck, wannabe cop.

Or...

A strong, 6' thug in a hoodie had just scored two of the ingredients he needed to brew up a batch of "lean" and was casing neighborhood residences for open bathroom windows looking for the final ingredient, Robitussin with codeine, when he noticed his suspicious behavior was being observed by an Hispanic volunteer neighborhood patrolman. Rather than proceed directly back to the apartment unit he came from, the thug took a circuitous route and doubled back to coldcock the neighborhood patrolman, slam him to the ground, and reign blows down upon him until he ended up getting shot in self defense.
