A new technology capable of storing the equivalent of 100 DVDs on a single DVD-size disc has been unveiled by researchers from London's Imperial College. The storage medium, called Multiplexed Optical Data Storage or MODS, was revealed at the Asia-Pacific Data Storage Conference 2004 in Taiwan on Monday by lecturer Peter Torok. The Simpsons has announced plans to feature a same sex "marriage." I think we can all agree that showing this kind of stuff to kids only encourages a lifestyle that is most unhealthy. Showing any sexuality to kids promotes promiscuity in grade school children and this goes a step further. Children should receive their moral education from parents, not from Hollywood. Young minds are extremely impressionable and putting this stuff in a cartoon show targets children by seeking to change their understanding of normal and healthy, something which needs to be left to parents.
