How to get rid of visceral fat: Following this eating pattern could reduce the belly fat

HOW TO get rid of visceral fat: This type of body fat is deemed harmful because of where it’s stored in the body - the abdominal cavity - so what can you do to reduce it? Making changes to diet has been shown to help, and following a particular eating pattern has proven effective.

Visceral fat’s location within the abdominal cavity means it surrounds vital organs such as the liver, stomach and intestines. If visceral fat is left to build up here, a person’s risk of developing serious health problems, like type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease, is increased. Related articles

Eating a poor diet has been linked to visceral fat build up, so making changes to the food you eat is advised.

When it comes to an overall diet to follow, a particular eating pattern has been shown to help get rid of visceral fat - intermittent fasting.

Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern that involves cycling between periods of eating and fasting.

One low-carb diet which has proven particularly effective at getting rid of visceral fat is the ketogenic diet.

Ketogenic diets drastically reduce carb intake and replace it with fat, putting the body in a natural metabolic state called ketosis.

“Sounds just about what people have been told as the obesity/diabetes epidemic exploded.”

When your clothes start getting tight buying bigger clothes doesn’t solve the problem.

As stated, food isn’t the problem people are. I like ice cream but I’m not eating it for breakfast lunch and dinner and then for desert, something quick before I go to bed and a midnight snack.. that’s personal behavior that needs modifying.

Walking around a Walmart will tell you most people don’t get it so it’s on them.

My rule of thumb is to exercise no more than 30 minutes a day. High-Intensity Interval Training is great for that.

Keto is an annoying cult.

You sound triggered. Have you done Keto? Are you speaking from experience?

There is a huge difference in how you exist as you lose the weight.

Low carb diets don’t leave you wanting food, while all the others do.

Low carb keeps you from longing to eat.

Actually, my wife and I eat pizza quite often doing lower carb.

We eat the sauce, cheese, veggies, and meat and throwaway the crust.

It does mean we buy two Papa John’s “The Works” pizzas, though, with extra sauce.

It’s hard to comprehend how many carbs were always in the crust we used to eat. It’s a massive amount of empty nutrition calories, now eliminated.

Probably the most "hidden" aspect of Keto. The satiety factor is amazing.Even though I'm eating at a 20% calorie deficit, I just don't feel hungry.

ROFL

In all of that mumbo-jumbo nowhere doesn’t disprove anything, does it?

Give me a break, huh?

Are you serious? See this is the problem with people who believe that restricting calories is what causes people to lose weight, they have deprived their brain of necessary nutrition necessary to comprehend information.

Low carb, calorie unrestricted diets LOST MORE WEIGHT than calorie restricted diets.

I asked you previously if you were still pushing CICO. You did not respond. Are you a believer in CICO as the only mechanism of weight gain, loss or maintenance?

Further, are you a believer that exercise and calorie restriction is the only way to lose fat?
