“His people” don’t care who he is as long as he stays in office. They’d rather see this country destroyed then to see him removed.
Removing him would also mean their own removal — they may even be charged with conspiracy to defraud. If they’d really cared for this country “his people” would’ve asked him to come clean on his true identity and make it public.
My thoughts off the top of my head was that Polarik has been in contact with many people and the general consensus [of those people] is that is is not authentic. I do not think he has made any type of judgement. As detailed as he is I would have been shocked if he made a judgement one way or another in such a short period of time.

Yes, he made those comments prematurely and even expressed some frustration because he didn’t have the time personally to do extensive examination on the document and was going on things that were commented on in the beginning.
At first glance, you can assume it’s fake because of some things, but after a more in depth look those things make a little more sense.

She couldn’t do that anyway, according to the law at the time she was too young to pass on citizenship if he was born abroad. His only chance to be a citizen at birth was to be born in the United States. That would still not have made him a natural born citizen according to original intent of the founders because his father was not a citizen. Of course the original intent has little to do with what a court might decide today, we all know that.
In searching around on this over the past couple of weeks ..I didn’t see any case law about the US side of VOID MARRIAGES with children. That certainly doesn’t mean it isn’t there..I just didn’t see it while roaming around on the internet.
However, I did see how the UK would handle this if Obama was born in the US.

So if born in the UK ...Obama does not have UK citizenship UNLESS Ann went to Kenya and married Sr in a customary marriage...and even then it would be questionable under later law.
Now, maybe you can find something in the US law that addresses this same aspect if born in the UK.

I haven’t followed all your posting on this, but do you agree that in order for him to be a NBC, he must have been born in the US and both his parents must have been US citizens at the time of his birth?
Interesting that she apparently thought the US was so awful she had to leave and get hooked up with foreigners but made sure she and her kids could claim US citizenship. I guess the communist fantasy only went so far.
The thought has crossed my mind that this BC issue is secretly being fueled by Obama SUPPORTERS. It is not without a great deal of worry that I voice such a thought. Time after time when the BC issue comes up, the courts rule against us. Yet time after time someone persists in raising it again and again and again. It is like they want to see the issue keep going nowhere and ridicule anyone who believes that our Constitution is the supreme law of the land. I will say it again just in case someone did not read it. OUR CONSTITUTION IS THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND.
There are many twists and turns to the issue of where Barack Obama was born. I pray that true AMERICAN HEROES like BECK, HANNITY, LIMBAUGH and DOBBS keep patriotic Americans vigilant or be vigilant for them.
I understand that we’ve had other presidents who had a foreign parent. There was a list posted the other day - about 7 people long as I recall. But I think there was no question where the POTUS himself was born.
At the time of the founding of the United States and also predating that occurrence, there were two kinds of citizenship. DE FACTO CITIZENSHIP and DE JURE CITIZENSHIP. Those concepts are mentioned in the Articles of Confederation and the Northwest Ordinance. This is what Barack Obama will hide behind once the birth certificate has been determined bona fide. The two kinds of citizenship are rarely discussed, but they are important to understand thoroughly. In each, there is a benefit. In one there is a different kind fo benefit than in the other.
Although Hawaii is northwest, that is not the “northwest” in Northwest Ordinance that was the foundation of government in the upper midwest.

Sorry SatinDoll, it is you who are mistaken. The result of Obama’s removal from office will not be as you suggest. Read your statutes and then get back to me.
It isn’t that I disagree with your understanding of the law, it is the means of its realization regarding most actual/potential misgivings. In other words, you are on the right track, but the conclusions you have made respecting outcomes do not square with the inputs. Your research on the two Senators is good enough, AS FAR AS IT GOES. But that is where the limitations arise.

So let’s see...there appears to be a major flaw in this document. It’s dated February 17th, 1964 and in the bottom left you can clearly see it is from the Republic of Kenya. Only...the Republic of Kenya didn’t come into existence until December of 1964. Any takers on how this can be explained?
