The U.S. emerged from a successful rebellion and could do whatever it wished. Kenya was a creature of English legislation. At least that Registrar Lavender would likely have originally been appointed by the Foreign Office. He would never have used the term "Republic" unless that was accurate. Starting December 12, 1964, however, they could have put a picture of Jomo Kenyatta singing the Internationle at the top of every page for all the English could do about it.
Notice the red pixels (left of Signature of Registrar) from the cloth background that the cleaner-upper clumsily missed in Photoshop. That’s a dead giveaway.

Gaining independence and declaring themselves a republic are two different things.
It has at least as much credibility as Obama’s COLB, which the MSM is so willing to take at face value. They are both essentially abstracts of information said to be contained in a primary document kept elsewhere.
Yes it is interesting. They also point out that just because a statute states that some one is a natural born citizen (NBC) does not imply that he or she is such a person for constitutional purposes.
Clearly a child born in the US, and subject to US jusrisdiction, whose parents are both US citizens, is NBC, beyond that it is all a bit murky.
The “perforated edge” (and certain other characteristics like the noise above and below the type throughout, but especially visible in the last paragraph with the witness signature) of the second image is due to artifacts from compression and/or enlargement to the point of pixillation. Both images, though, show wear on folds to the point of perforation (on the fold above the line above “August” on the bottom and on the fold in the field containing “Stanley Ann”. All the folds are the same. The tear in the upper right edge is the only real difference. This could be explained by that edge being on the outside of the folded up document and getting damaged in transit over the period of time following the time the first image was made. An almost 50 year old piece of paper folded and being smuggled out could easily be subject to damage from humidity, heat, and movement that its appearance could be slightly changed without having to appeal to an attempt to make it look older to explain the differences. As far as age goes, I’ve seen printed material that is over 300 years old that is as clean and white as the day it was printed because the paper, according to the curator at Casa del Libro in San Juan, was linen. The greater the amount of wood pulp, the greater the aging.
Or, 0bama could be born in Kenya and registered in the US-after all Hawaii allows for that sort of situation
So, who’s getting this out here? I would have been standard Clinton-operative procedure to get something like this planted as bait for all of the supposed comspiracy theorists to bite on, then disprove the particular tidbit and thus inoculate him from further suspicions and accusations.

I am a little late to this thread and I quickly browsed the 700 some posts. I noted Dunham divorced Barack Sr in March 1964. The document in question states February 1964. Could this be a document from the divorce proceedings?
