Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

Of course, if you believe what techdude says, why not use your formidable legal acumen and file a suit in federal court challenging Obama's candidacy?
I am doing this very thing, working with a prosecutor/reader as we speak. And I am one person. I do not have a staff or research team. The NY Times, The Wall Street Journal should be doing these things but no. It is left to regular folks like me that desperately care about what is going on in this country to do the investigation(s), the footwork, the research etc.
I'm glad somebody is finally following up on that. I asked that question on this post back on June 24!

Ok- here’s a new twist- Texas Darlin has found the birth announcement for Barack- in the Honolulu paper. You can see the clipping here at her site- though it doesn’t state which hospital.

She sets out her theory in logical steps- her conclusion being that Obama has/had dual citizenship in Indonesia and that’s what he’s trying to cover.
Fascinating.
If a birth was ‘filed’ because of home birth, that is why it wouldn’t say hospital. Which also means, it doesn’t prove he was born in HI.
Well from the announcment one can’t tell if he was born there in Hawaii or elsewhere- but at least there’s more documentation to work with.

Oh absolutely. That was great of TxDarling to get that info. Just, keep in mind it didn’t prove he was born there as she is assuming.
And I totally agree with her speculation that he holds citizenship in Indo and Kenya.

I take that back. I did see addresses through a magnifying glass, but I still did not see the name of Mr. Mrs. Barack H Obama. Kala......Hwy. Son. on that full birth announcement list.
Good. If that’s the case should be other archival records of that same newspaper page on the same day. Microfiche, maybe. Or family records from other families with kids born in Hawaii that day. Something to further validate the clipping.
Not much information at all in it — but it’s a piece of the jigsaw puzzle.
Can they really get thru to November without
answering to these obvious gaps and unanswered questions?

***Yup. But it is effective. It was a lawsuit filed by a regular employee who was sexually harrassed by Bill Clinton that brought out the truth there. And look at how effective Doug From Upland is with his lawsuits. Even the hint of upcoming action can change the course of events — here’s an example:
Jane Fonda announced she was going on a tour in the U.S. a couple of years ago to protest the Iraq war. I started posting on all the threads that we could citizen-arrest her for treason. Several freepers agreed to do so if she came into their town. It was gathering steam. Then, viola’, she cancelled her tour.
If we could get Obama knocked off the ballot in a couple of states, it could turn the tide of the whole election. And don’t think that just because you might be in a small state, it wouldn’t matter. The publicity and fallout would be extremely damaging.
