Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

I save it for particularly appropriate occasions .. ;)
When you have time for a long and detailed Obama
family background, check this out if you haven’t.

That is a good blog post on Obama. I’ve read it several times.
I can’t wait until that blogger updates it with the Lou Posner brothel bust since the monies were being funnelled through voter activist groups affiliated with ACORN.
Great morning coffee reading. Thanks, Star. ;) (I can’t believe this thread is over 3000 posts!)
Shades of Dan Rather, but the spacing looks to modern on that blown up portion.
Lori // July 22, 2008 at 9:36 pmNo, not really, Lori. Why the modified limited hangout with the CoLB? Why hasn't Obama had the Dept of Vital Stats release the supporting documentation?Hi, Ive talked to the Department of Vital Records and the Honolulu Advertiser. In 1961, the hospitals would take their new birth certificates to Vital Records. At the end of the week, Vital Records would post a sheet that for the news paper to pick up that contained births, deaths, marriages and divorces. The Advertiser routinely printed this information in their Sunday edition. This is not a paid announcement that his grandmother could arrange. This is information that comes from Vital Records - we know this because this particular section reflects those records. They didnt have a provision for paid, one sentence announcement that would be included in the Vital Records. At the time, if a child was born outside a hospital, the family would have 30 days to apply for a birth certificate and Vital Records would expect to see prenatal care records, or pediatrician records of the first check up, etc. Theyd also want the notarized statement from the mid-wife. Of course, they can apply later but that would noted as a different kind of birth certificate. I think TD has already addressed that. This information was received by Vital Records the first week of his birth = that suggests the hospital.
Next, the announcement is from Sunday, August 13th and Obama was born on Friday, August 4th. Hospitals usually dont take birth certificate information the first couple days to avoid changes. So it was likely filled out on the 4th or so, as hospital stays were usually 3 - 5 days at the time. Lastly, having worked in a newborn nursery in college, hospitals dont ask for documentation. If mom says shes married, thats what they write. They have no authority to question her statement.
In Honolulu at the time, paid birth announcements werent in vogue. Frequently families would post one year announcements that included pictures from the party, etc. I havent checked to see if that exists.
I hope that finishes clearing this up.
I opened up a new thread to discuss this finding.

That’s how searches work .. they bring up all
terms if there’s not one exactly like your
search term.
No thread.
The thread is filed with the birth certificate.

I opened a new browser window and got straight to that thread. Maybe the thread’s being pulled. I copied straight from the URL window...
The reference to phone numbers lost me on that one. Besides Google is 2008. We are talking 1961. Street numbering may have changed.
I know that. My point is there appears not to be any 6085 Address but there are lots of phone numbers with the last 4 digits of 6085.
In that Google page I found the address 6700 so when I Googled it, it brought up that address. Confirming there appears NOT to be any 6085 address.
Wouldn’t we love to know (not condoning what
they did) what the passport revealed.

“# The Analysis Corporation is one of the companies involved, officials say
# Stanley Inc. is other company that employed contractors, officials say
Sen. Barack Obama called for an investigation Friday into how the security of the passport files of the three remaining presidential candidates was breached.
The State Department admitted Friday that the passport files of Obama, Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. John McCain had been accessed without authorization.
“One of the things that the American people count on in their interactions with any level of government is that if they have to disclose personal information, that it stay personal and stay private,” Obama said in Portland, Oregon.
“And when you have not just one but a series of attempts to tap into people’s personal records, that’s a problem not just for me but for how our government is functioning,” he said.
Obama said he expected “a full and thorough investigation” by the administration in conjunction with congressional oversight committees.”

And I had forgotten about another part of this web ... (jeesh, there are too many dang tangled webs with this bunch)
http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2008/03/23/passport-contractor-execs-obama-clinton-supporters/
Passport contractors connected to Presidential campaigns.
WASHINGTON (CNN) The CEO of a company whose employee is accused of improperly accessing the passport files of presidential candidates is a consultant to the Obama campaign, a source familiar with the firm said Saturday.
John Brennan, president of The Analysis Corporation (TAC), advises the Illinois Democrat on foreign policy and intelligence issues, the source said.
Brennan briefed the media on behalf of the campaign earlier this month. The executive is a former senior CIA official and former interim director of the National Counterterrorism Center. He contributed $2,300 to the Obama campaign in January.
In that Google list I saw 6700 Kalanianaole Hwy so I Googled it and sure enough it came up as a street address.
I don't think street address would have changed on that major Hwy. So it appears there is no 6085.
Fonts and spacing do seem off. No one seems too worried about it though.
I would love to know who found this and how. I know of a few that looked and said it wasn’t there.
