Blogger admits Hawaii birth certificate forgery, subverting Obama claims (Uh-oh)

Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.

The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.

The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.

Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.

McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

Clare McCaskil of Missouri introduced the bill however it has now become known that she did so as a favor to her friend, Barack Obama who wrote the bill. Why would Barack put a single parent savings clause in a bill designed to benefit his colleague John McCain who was born to two U S citizen parents? He knew; he has always known he is not a citizen nor eligible to be elected President.

You have made several interesting posts.. but provide no links or references for the statements. With links and references, these are bombshells. Without, its just so much smoke. Please go back and provide links and references for all of your interesting posts. Do it as a separate thread if you like.. recapping this thread in some sort of order.. by way of showing the trail that opens the question whether Obama was born in Hawaii.

That is not completely true but it is certainly fair comment. Initially, I attempted to follow the practice of citing references on the collateral issues however the volume of legal issues began to build up so I attempted to focus on them and stopped looking for references on the collateral questions; later I also got sloppy about the legal references because for anyone who wants them, they are posted and clearly spelled out on either this thread or one of the two prior threads. However this morning, at some point, I will set out the statute references and the legal again in a new Vanity post on the subject.

My own focus has been on the legal issues--I am a lawyer; admitted to practice before the U S Supreme Court; having argued a number of appellate cases. There is broad misunderstanding about the legal and in fact, the legal is very clear specific statute law that spells out exactly what the status is.

I didn't start to accumulate papers on these collateral issues until last week and I have enough that to search for links on these questions is time consuming--and there is no guarantee that I have all of them although I believe I can still find all the references. At some point, I may well do what you suggest and write a complete brief covering both the factual issues and the law.

But I see this as continuing to develop.

If you are asking about the law, it is 8 USCA Sec. 1401(g) (and in prior statutes Sec. 1401(7)). The effective dates of the various modifications is set out in the footnotes--Congress made some of the changes retroactively effective to some degree; however the key change, making the residence change for the single U S Parent from 5 years to 2 years is applicable only to persons born after November, 1986; thus Obama does not qualify.

Answered many times before ~ you really can “just go get” somebody’s BC. What you probably can’t get is a photo-copy of the original hospital record where all the stuff is taken down by a nurse from the parent(s) and/or other family members to file with the local authorities who then put it on file.

I don’t think the name “Soetero” ever enters the picture until sometime after he is 6 y.o. and living in Indonesia. That is the name of the man in Indonesia his mother married, and Barry was registered in a school there under that name. But he could not have been born under that name unless 18 y.o. “Stanley” Dunham (his mother) had already been involved with Soetero back in 1961. I’ve not seen anything to suggest that could be the case (though with his convoluted case who knows?).

If Hussein Obama legally changed his name (from) Soetoro, how in the world, could his BC say ... Obama?

I'd guess much the same way my daughter's BC shows me as her father, and gives her last name as the same as mine, even though I didn't meet her mom until she was 3 years old.

A good reason for Obamasama to "change his name" was so he'd become a Harvard legacy. That way he could gain admission to Harvard Law School with a LOWER GPA than otherwise required or expected.

Remember, his babydaddy was a Harvard Law graduate!
